The way the first penalty was performed violates the rules. The striker is not supposed to stop before the execution of the penalty. Ergo : first goal shouldn't have counted. Thus, I totally understand the Algerian goalkeeper's reaction (btw, what's up with the blue thing he has on his neck?). And the excessive celebration would never fly in Europe, but different countries, different customs. The third goal was nice - not too easy to score from that angle.

Algeria plays sucks!! wow,just wow lol its totally normal to get beaten by 4 goals so far with such a playing style :s
