I think losing the game is already upsetting enough for Arsenal fans, let just leave them alone, getting into the final stage takes a lot of effort too, so show some respect for Arsenal.

Many comments complaining about Wengers. comments saying that Wenger was a dumb not to buy world-class defenders. some even say he should be fired... I am not going to deny that Arsenal was poor and unlucky in this game, but I believe some of the comments were too harsh on him. Facts about Wenger 1- while his team continue to be trophyless, Arsenal has a strong consistency under Wenger, always being in the top 4, qualifying for the CL each year, and no doubt about being in CL next year while Chelsea, Tottenham, and Man Shiity are worrying about themselves to be in top 4. I 2- while people complaining about Wenger only buy French players, he is the one who brought up Henry, Veira, Fabregas, Van Persie...etc, not to mention that he makes $$$ on the transfer table, brining in huge profit. I 3- while people say his style of play sometimes don't deliver the right result, Wenger's game tactic always attrat people to watch Arsenal. The Emirate Stadium is mostly full in home games, attendancy is only second to Old Trafford. I 4- while some people suggest that Wenger should be fired, yet they can not name another manager on this planet who can continue the magic that Wenger has done to this team. Not even Mourinho or Fergie can bring in Wenger's artistic game display to Arsenal.

Arsenal/arsenal 'fans' can ask themselves this question. Can they beat Leyton Orient with a exhausted squad? IMO they should. But it's the FA Cup, Leyton Orient can be the Giant Killer team any moment in this game. Yes they have the ability to dominate. Anyways, good luck on replay.

Arsenal B team will take care of Leyton Orient. Though there is a disparity in std of A & B team with the home ground advantage They should pull thru. After losing CC they now want FA Cup.

@@Kevin What im saying KEVIN is that we all heard about this CUP is nothing to u all but yet u'll playing in it and at final then win it if it that simple a prove a point...and to lose in a manner like that u'll consistantly do, its difficult to see u'll winning a major trophy then soon, plus if it was Man U or Man C it would take a good play from the other team to dispose us unlike u'll....KILL U'LL SELF

Sicc, 1. Arsenal re in 4 tournaments. UCL they will play the World best Barca and even they lose they will still be hignly commended. No argument. If they beat Barca they will go to q-finals facing the like of MU, Bayern Munich & RM to ultimately the UCL cup. Very very tough but they re fighting fot it. 2. EPL. 2-horse race but Chelsea & Liverpool will help to change the outcome. The final countdown will still be Apr 30 Arsenal-MU at Emirates stadium. Spurs may ruin Arsenal's title hope. Teams like Everton & Bolton may also create havoc for MU. 3. FA Cup. Arsenal should beat L Orient and meet MU in FA cup q-finals. Arsenal have equal chance to win the tie. 4. Carling Cup. The opponent were Birmingham so it was supposed to be the easiest of the 4 Arsenal could win. Apparently, Arsenal wanted the trophy badly so they fielded their first team for the CC final but they had in their mind that injuries shall be kept to minimum. We can see that how difficult that they were in the position even taking on Birmingham a medicre team in EPL. 5. On the other hand, Birmingham did extremely wll in CC in comparison to their mediocre performance in EPL. Winning CC will book them a ticket to European League next season. If they can win CC they will go back to focus (FAC will be secondary by then) on EPL and they need only to get enough point to not get relegated. The fact was that both tried hard to win and when Gunners started to dominate the mistake came that no body could expect. Koscienly might be commended for his over-enthusistic to do everything right but professionally he failed miserably. To sum it it is Arsenal was fated to lose Carling Cup.

i like mc fan but kev ur wrong theres no if in beating barca theres impozzible and b-for u can respond consider this arsenal away barca home now and consider this madrid lost 5-0, valencia 2-1 i waz there and sevilla 4-0. and also name the last time arsenal won a trophy and name the last time they will ever get a chance like dat again. eh

bing, yr basis re not there. When last time Arsenal won a trophy? Why stay at the past. it is more realistic to talk about where we go from here, for Gunners & for Barca. Barca wll be without Puyol & Pique so u shall think of how will the defence like? Barca's defence was rock solid against Arsenal and the Gunenrs still managed to score 2 goals. Barca's defence was shaky when they played Valencia. Pique was in both games and the decline was particular obvious. Without the two CBs how Pep can come up with a plan is of paramount importance. Similarly, Gunners will not RVP who's clinical finishing will be sorely missed and Walcott whose speed will make Barca back 4 run for life. It is time that Wenger think of how the Gunners will get the goals without the service of these two most dangerous men and Pep to prop the defence line to resist. On the other hand, Pep has to think if he will continue with his Messi solo myth or work something for him to open up Gunners' defence. Gunners' high line defence is still much to improve. Both Sagna & Clincy have to be tougher and the back 4's communication is still far from desirable. Djourou lost his marker Villa & Zigic is a real concern in Gunners defence. Koscienly over-enthusiatic in doing everything is another area of concern. In a word, resloving the shortcomings of the respective teams will only see the progress and victory. I don't see Pep in it and I see a little bit in Wenger. So. please. Forget about Valencia 2-1, RM 5-0 & Sevilla 4-0. Arsenal beat Birmingham 2-1(H) & 3-0(A) in EPL encounters but lost 2-1 in CC final. THIS is about the story of BARCELONA vs ARSENAL at Nou Camp.

C'mon Arsenal, this is a chance to bounce up once again, this time stronger than ever, we now know that if we lazily continue like that we'll never achieve anything, this motivates us and makes us stronger for the upcoming matches especially the one against Barcelona.

Was going through the Archive that's why it took "long" but we've won more, won it so much we rubbed it in lifting it at shite fart lane. What took anyone long was we had to wait so long for for spudz to win a game.
