Well Walcott got 1 goal and 1 assist too. Sanchez and Walcott were the only 2 players that turned up for us

After going through a tremendous trophy doubt and winning the FA cup and community shield (who most care little about), we see a glimmer of hope and a promising new season which then turns to disaster because our club shows no desire to improve and become an elite club in Europe. So take a second and understand that people have the right to be disappointed in Arsene Wenger and the board. They show no desire, and constantly make excuses because they know that if they do just enough to stay top 4 every year that all the fans will keep coming back and they will keep filling their pocket books. I've been a fan my whole life, and will continue to do so, but that doesn't mean that I have to follow Arsene Wenger blindly hoping he will someday turn things around.

To everyone calling people pseudo fans for being disappointed and wanting Wenger out for "a few bad performances", This is not a few bad performances, this is a horrendous cycle. Arsenal has become a cash cow for investors and owners. They only spend enough to qualify for champions league. They do just enough to stay relevant and keep fans coming back every year for more disappointment. We have so much money to improve yet we only add a goalkeeper, when our team is injury prone every year and wasn't good enough to win the league last year. How can we expect to suddenly win the league and compete in champions league, especially when we don't even play the only summer signing we had in must win matches.

Mate , i believe you see contemporary football very realistic and in profundis. Teams, the last twenty years and mainly due to the growth of champions league incomes and popularity as a tv product , have become uefa 's clients . To be continued...

What ' s the point for teams like Arsenal , Roma and many other to try each year to compete to become first in their domestic leagues when they know that by a second or a third place they will be immediately in the group stage of the forthcoming UCL ?? Meaning that they will have a minimum gain yearly ... And they prefer this safe way instead of risking a bigger expanse and a possible but not certain loss... This happens when sports (athletism in general) is becoming a commercial product and nothing more . Anyway , good luck to your team !

Arsenal FC and AS Roma are the biggest fuckups in this competition. Teams that can do so much more, and yet, they keep on disappointing their fans all over the world, by these types of shameful defeats! Both of them loosing 3-2, by opponents that they should beat easy! And both of these teams, fucked up by their goalkeepers! To make the irony even bigger, Roma has Arsenal's last year's first goalkeeper as their first choice for defending the goal, and he made even bigger fuckups than Arsenal's Ospina! What a waste! Even if Milan (as washed up as it is) was playing these matches instead of them, they would have won!

For gods sake people, instead of speculating about stuff far beyond your reach & chanting WENGER OUT slogans, why don't you support your team in the next game? Realistically speaking, yes, it's hard for us to qualify but we've beaten Bayern at the Allianz Arena before (with a godawful team too) so we can do it again. Back the lads because this is when they need you the most.

well it is always easier to point finger who is at fault. Apparently pseudo fans love to get rid of their managers rather than supporting them and that is regardless of their club. Look at chelsea, united, liverpool and arsenal, they all want their manager to out.. LMAO.. if that is the case, the fans might as well be the managers themselves.

What the fuck? So you're thinking about switching clubs simply because of a couple of bad performances. The job of fans is to support a team regardless of how they're playing. If you abandon ship now don't bother coming back. Fucking Plastics. Go support Chelsea. That's where people like yourself belong.

Most competitive league in the world ... yeah well when your top teams play like that it's no wonder the league is "competitive" lolThe bundesliga and la Liga are so boring Money League fans say ...Yeah sure but that's because Real,Barca and Bayern are actually seriously a level above the top clubs unlike Chelsea,Manchester and Arsenal who are thought to play showmanship football instead of winning football

I love the way some Arsenal fans praise Wenger and the team after a good win. Also, i love how they want to see him go after a lost game. Reminds me of childhood games in the sandbox. Great days. #nostalgie, #kids, #ifLoseWengerGo, #ifWinWengerStay. I support Arsenal, but i alos support good football, that doesn't mean you have to lose your head over it.

Well played the Greek side, fearless attitude and teamwork outdone Arsenal. Maybe the EPL should let Tottenham or Liverpool play in Champions league because they know the magnitude and how special this competition is because they've won it so many times. These so called top 4 are garbage compared to lesser teams from around Europe. You all remember where tottenham reached after qualifying their first champions league campaign for a while, we almost made it to the promise land had it not been Real Madrid.

Tottenham won the champions league many times? LMAO. Was that meant to be a joke? Liverpool were in the champions league last year if you remember and were knocked out by Basel and real and Madrid and finished 3rd in their group so clearly it's not the teams. Liverpool got to the quarters almost half a decade ago now and ur still boasting about that lmao. You guys had a beast team back then with bale, modric, van derr vaart, adebayor, now ur team is mediocre and conceded 2 goals to flamini.

You are allowed into the champions league if you finish top 4, which you didn't lol. Seriously, when is the last time you finished ahead of Arsenal in the league?

Good luck in qualifying for the next round. Two games against Bayern after this. If Arsenal lose both they're doomed. What is happening to English clubs in Europe???!!!
