firstly. Our city is called Milano, but Milan the team is called Milan. This because the club was set up by an englishman. the club isn't called Milano. secondly. you need to open your eyes and watch more than just the derbies between the top clubs. there might be less money in Italian football, but there are a lot of wonderful matches and technically there are a lot of gifted players. there is more to football than clubs selling out to russians, americans, arabs and pay tv.

From the formation above - El Shaarawy instead of Bonaventura, Essien instead of Poli, Diego Lopez instead of Abiatti, Alex instead of Rami. When all of the mentioned players will be recovered from injuiries Pippo shoud build that first team chain. In my opion if they play together most of the time, it'll became very strong team. Niang should be substitution instead of Pazzini for Torres, Bonaventura for El', van Ginkel for Essien or de Jong, Rami for Alex or Zapata.

Really, really Milano needs super class players. With these players it's very hard to do something.Serie A it's so much weak if we compared with Premier League or some Spanish teams!Milano,Inter,Juventus,Roma are the biggest teams in Italy so they have to spend more money to get some class players. For me Serie A it's so boring right now,Only some derby like inter-milano,juventus-roma are good to see!Cheers.

terrific 1st half ruined by yet another playground style howler. Milan were controlling the game, but thanks to Abbiati saw themselves chasing a deficit. Yes Succi was marginally offside, but Abbati's quite unbelievable fumble left the linesman with a decision to make. How did he drop that shot? ball was travelling at near ant's pace. 2nd half was very poor. Never really got going, and never threatened the goal. possibly fatigue after a midweek game, but again you can rely on a disaster in defence to leave us holding on for a point. Zapata was having a terrific game, but the red card was yet another example of our defenders' ability to switch off at vital moments. Torres was never in the game, and Poli's contribution as a DMF was minimal. we just can't seem to eradicate defensive howlers.

Agree with ou bro..Milan had a big homework for Defence player. also Defence Mid player, who can maintain a ball flowing. like a Montolivo, De Jong was good but if he not on top perform other player still can't backup him.

Torres played vs well vs Empoli, and was Milan's best player. Maybe the fact that he played in midweek and was injured before that caught up with him. Yes it would be difficult to see the Torres during his liverpool days, but at this moment Serie A should offer him a bit more space and tranquillity to be useful again. He doesn't really have competition in the centre forward area, so should be playing week in week out. Whether he scores 10-15 goals will largely depend on the system. Menez plays for himself a lot of the time, so Milan desperately need a fit El Shaarawy back. When he does, I expect him to be a more useful provider for Torres.

he was oh the periphery today. regardless, scoring goals only become half important when the defence and midfield cannot deliver. today was an opportunity to make it a commendable 10 points from 15, but instead it was a case of holding on. the defence is a joke, but the defensive midfielders don't do enough to make sure they aren't facing too many one on ones either.
