From someone who follows the french ligue 1 and has seen A LOT of hazard goals and assists, Chelsea have nothing to worry about, they got plenty for their money when they bought hazard. You can't judge a player on just one game, especially on the national team. Hazard is a top class player, why would all the top european clubs want to buy him if he wasnt ?

What you guys think about Hazard's performance? I think he was ok, for me he didn't show any signs of brilliance for him to be on the list of most of the top teams in Europe.

Fellani caught my eye the most, the guy I think deserve to play in Top Four Club, How Chelsea and other Top four clubs overlook this guy is beyond me, he was Belgium best attacker and he is not even a striker. Hazard I think didn't try to look selfish, cos he knew Chelsea fans would be watching If he is another Sturridge But I think he should be selfish sometimes and take on defenders and have fearsome long range shot at the net. Maybe that's why he passes the ball most of the times instead of producing moments of brilliance.

Because of liverpool quality and superiority. England has the most liverpool players - gerrard, downing, henderson, glen johnson, andy carroll. England would win 5-0 if they played all these together. Those united players ruined everything. They don't know how to play and only single minded and straightforward. They are single dimensional and cant sense other teammates surrounding them.

That is complete BULLSHIT I mean adam johnson is wayyy better than downing. and also carrick is better than henderson, and you can't compare ferdinand with kelly we all know rio is better. the only two who deserves to be in the england squad are Gerrard and Carroll and maybe glen johnson.its clear the only reason Hodgson took them except Gerrard and Carroll is because they're from Liverpool which is the team he COACHED before

Funny you finish 8th and kelly, Henderson, Downing and CarLOL?? What can these players do that Michael Richard, Adam Johnson, Carrick/ Scholes, or Crouch couldn't do?? Glen John just too weak at right back never really seem alert and aware of players movement that's why most of the attack from Belgium was coming from right back as A.Cole has left back attack at lock down!!

well... everybody talks about that we didn't need united player. I watch the game and I say how can they played good if england on defensive position all the time. You can't expect a team to won game with a better goal difference if they almost never attack. Of course we need player like willshere (he is still injury by the way), adam johnson (he is better than milner) but this our england squad. If you are an england's fan, accept it and support them no matter which club the player came from.

That is the problem with the England national team, they all come from rival clubs where the majority of the clubs fan base criticize and/or make fun of with comments that this blog is riddled with... First of all, it wasn't 112 millions for Hazard, it were 72 million for 5 years. Second of all, he actually played very well, he created 2 more chances than all of the Midfielders.
