The way England welcomed the french was amazing. It has shown how the world has been able to connect and help France after they experienced such a tragedy. Respect.

It's true that Zlatan's record is better but Rooney didn't play 111 games as a striker

if England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland all end up in the same group at Euro 2016, we will be in for a festival of Medieval Football with Route 1 Soccer.

W. Rooney: 51 goals in 109 international caps, Thierry Henry: 51 goals in 123 international caps. Rooney deserves applause on becoming England’s record scorer ✌

Yeah, but Rooney doesn't do shit at World Cups.

That's not true. "During a one minute silence for the victims at the UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying match between Turkey and Iceland, the crowd instead booed, whistled, shouted Turkish ultranationalist slogans and chanted Allahu akbar.[80][81]" Check yourself before you wreck yourself! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_Ankara_bombings

@Murphy You are right, there will be always idiots, who support this b*stards... But you can be sure that the majority of Turkey is against this sh*t. The terrorists call themselves "muslims" but attack MUSLIMS in Ankara and Suruc, Where is the logic??

Would be fun if England, Wales, Nothern Ireland and Ireland all gets in the same group in Euro 2016. At least theoretically there is a chance.

Big deal. It's only friendlies and plus France probably wasn't 100% invested in the game. Typical of Rooney to score in matches that doesn't even matter. In the premier league he is fucking invisible

Make up your mind guys, when England lose to Spain ppl say they are just not good enough to beat top teams, when they beat France ppl say it's just a friendly... Lol . I saw both games and in both England played good, against Spain they lost to a fantastic goal that could have gone anywhere, it could easily have ended in a draw. Against France I saw both teams chasing every ball as they both wanted to win, so no friendly there, no one wants to lose... So give credit to teams when they play good football...

Allons enfants de la Patrie,
Le jour de gloire est arrivé !
Contre nous de la tyranni
L'étendard sanglant est levé,
Entendez-vous dans les campagnes
Mugir ces féroces soldats ?
Ils viennent jusque dans vos bras
Égorger vos fils, vos compagnes !

Refrain :
Aux armes, citoyens,
Formez vos bataillons,
Marchons, marchons !
Qu'un sang impur
Abreuve nos sillons !

Because the eastern europe is hypocritical as hell. Why would you want the good sheep from these countries care for something that is barely show on the telly. It makes me laugh, not the tragedy, but how people are overreacting now that is in front of their eyes.

@hvssou I find it kind of sad that we don't react when it happens in other parts of the world but thats only because of how the media has really been focused on this event and has shown a larger amount of coverage than in other circumstances. This is mainly because the media likes to portray stuff that doesn't usually happen like the Paris attacks. Where as in other attacks that are more frequent they don't talk about it as much.

poor Syria never get mentioned best 2nd place team in AFC and no one in this world cares to connect or stand for them

Syria is not even close to best top 5 in AFC since Korea, Japan, Iran, etc. all come ahead of them, but it is true that it is sad that they don't get the needed attention.
