Everton are living the dream alright. One slip up from Gunners and into Champions League they shall go

I think it's completely unfair as to what happened to moyes at Utd. Ferguson took his time to settle down at the club when he first joined Utd at 86'. Likewise, moyes needed some time too..

do you know that when alex ferguson take over. man utd is languishing in the bottom half of the table and he make man utd a superpower from scratch. Moyes however took over a team that won the title last season. it tells a lot of his fail calibre

What happened to the "we stick with our managers, we are not like Chelsea..." I feel bad for Moyes tho, what was the point of sacking him right now if united are out of everything? Maybe getting a new manager before the world cup I guess

in his contract, this was the time to take him out so that we give him only a years worth of compensation - instead of five more years.

Everton fucked United up perfectly this time. They did not need other forces 2 give them the win. Their football was enough and that's nice.

BREAKING: Moyes has been sacked this morning! To be honest they should've given him more time... It's hard to fill the shoes of an over 25 years serving manager!

Moyes is a great manager and idiots think that him taking over is completely his fault for Man Utd's poor performance. A manager in the first year at a top club is always going to struggle. He is only 11 points out of CL positions. He is still in the top section of the PL. Give him a break, it's not his fault he was handed a team which is aged and has little talent. Look at everton. He made them and Martinez is reaping the rewards!

Did you watch any of his game in charge? MOfo can't even tell who can plays with who, who plays well in what position. He doesnt have a clue on what kind of style the club should play. He can't recognize the fact that players with BIG NAME have off days too, thus overplaying them >> decrease efficiency and injuries (look what happened). Moreover, training and backroom staff. That is the main factor. If BIG PLAYERS with 200grand a week or more think the training is backward & backroom staff incapable, they'll speak up. And an owner all about money will listen to the players, their prized assets, NOT A DIDERING CLUELESS CLOWN WHO WORTH NOTHING AND BELONGS IN AFRICA

i personally don't think it was completely moyes' fault. but if man utd were to become title contenders for next season, they would need to bring in a world class manager. who would wanna go to man utd with a manager with little to none achievements

No, it is his fault. The man was good at Everton...had something good going on and then tried to step into Ferguson's shoes, which is a tight fit. He is not the man to keep United going. As an Arsenal fan, this has been a good comedy show with Moyes, and his rappor with the United team, hasn't exactly been great. Sorry, but Moyes has fu*ked up.

I always thought that Martinez was a good manager. I thought that he would be a good move to Man U, but a more risky one because he came from a low standing club. But Fergusson helps out a fellow Scotsman. Kagawa had a bad game, as did everyone. Fletcher was the best player on Man u. That hand ball from Jones was idiotic, it looked like Degea would have saved it just fine. Moyes puts too much pressure on Rooney, he isn't as good as Moyes likes to think, need more responsibility of the TEAM, just as Everton does. A TEAM of 11. Nani did absolutely nothing. Need to start with Chicharito. Mata and Kagawa with Rooney can still make some creativity. Potential potential. If Moyes does not get at least 5th next season, HE"S OUTA HERE!
