@Emo, sure but that would only really benefit the top 6 teams. Teams in the bottom half don't play in Europe and normally manage to grab a few points from top teams due to the congested schedules and rotations. The real issue is that more and more football is a business. You quite literally can't afford a bad run or else investors pile pressure to pull out. So what's the easiest solution? Cut the manager pay off whatever his owed and hire someone new. If he works out then great, if not repeat the process again.

Teams are getting smarter like Southampton and already have a long list of managers that theyd attempt to hire in such cases. Normally they follow a certain profile of tactics and style. That just speeds the process up and probably improves the odds of a quick turnaround.

Side note, my belief is that the players are just aa responsible as the manager. How many times have we seen snakes in the dressing room cause a rapture leading to terrible results purposely just to fire the manager.

@raimondo Thats smart actually, but a bit heartless. :( Football really is about bussiness isn't it?

Thats right, this time its Pochettino fake half brother, Mauricio Pellegrino who was sacked by Southampton board. Can we get one more sack to reach half of the manager sacked in a single season?

Saw this earlier and thought it was funny. You could add Paul Lambert, Southampton and a few others to the table as well.

@Eden17 This is so true and so bad at the same time. It ain't cool to be a mediocre manager in England. :P Anyway, one thing for sure, WBA sacking Pulis didn't work out like expected. Kinda glad karma is biting them back in the butt.

Anyway, I updated the list and now, we got 10 manager sacked in a single Premier League season, pretty damn crazy, don't you guys think?
