Lol +1, anyway im sure they will come back at top, Big clubs always come back to top, its a matter of time...
It's extremely sad to see the Milanese giants not being where they deserve.... :(
But if Juve can come back to the top after a few years, so can the Milan teams. I hope to see them competing in the latter stages of the CL soon!
Although legends are great, they need to invest in youngsters a bit more. Inter are getting better by building their team around Icardi, Kovacic etc.
The problem of teams like Milan and Inter is acting like they are not big clubs. If you sell every good player as soon as he starts to shine there is no way to improve. Milan selling Ibra and Thiago, by whichever reason that "had" to be done, was a big mistake. It creates a chain reaction in which the team's level drops and new players are not attracted any more to play for them.
From what Ive seen, they need to hit rock bottom in order to rebuild entirely, at least for Milan. Many teams have had this issues and the case for most of them has been the same, dropping a division and coming back stronger until the
top level is achieved again.
A big investment is needed as well, no big team can stay on top by selling players and not investing proper money. Look at what happened to Dortmund, or even worst, to Hamburg.
they might not be top-clubs right now but they are big-clubs so that makes the chance of getting back into the top when things start to get better much easier.. its hard to remember that juve finished 7th both in 2010 and in 2011 before winning 4 times in a row (if we count this season)

we just need a change in the board (Galliani out), the stadium (in the works), and new business associates and/or new owner (in the works). it is known that Berlusconi is apparently selling, at least part of the club, but at the same time Fininvest (ACM holding company) is dismissing this, so people are growing tired of not knowing the real facts. yesterday the Curva Sud (Milan ultras) published an open letter for the president demanding more clarity, urgency for the changes (Galliani's head) and will boycott the next match. i'm sure around the end of the month/start of the next something concrete will happen.
@Eden, Inter has one of the best youth academies in Europe. and Milan isn't that bad either.
Milan needs Anceloti back, and Inter needs Mourinho!Maybe they can do something for these clubs
I always remember this photo :)
I think it is disrespectful to say that there are not there where they deserve . Other clubs deserve it more . Until then Milan and Inter should keep on working polishing the team and finding the right chemistry .
Agree with Marcus: "where they should have been" of "where they are supposed to be" regarding their history is more accurate
Sad but true.. I hope for the sake of Italian football that both Milanese clubs can come back stronger and better next year to challenge Juve for the title and retain back their CL spots
Sad but true :(
