Woah there, lol. I wouldn't trust Marca that easily. Wait until a week or two, and then I'm sure we'll hear more news about it.

^ WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT WHEN WE WILL CRUSH YOUR CATALUNIAN TEAM AND HE WILL SCORE A GOAL JUST LIKE VS URUGUAY AGAINST BRAVO/TERSTEGEN, that would be awesome! ;)

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. James would be a useless signing if di Maria stayed, but that doesn't look likely. We'll see how things turn out. I'm just very disappointed Isco isn't going to get more playing time.

The arrival of Colombian international in the Spanish capital responds to the spotive competitivity of the team, of course, but also a deliberate marketing strategy. To believe the Spanish site Bernabeu Digital, it would be for merengue leaders to reconquer the South American market. The club who won the last Champions League has indeed lost its impact there in recent years in favor of his rival, FC Barcelona, which has in its ranks the Argentine star Lionel Messi and Neymar darling of the Brazilian people.

The arrival of James Rodriguez, but also the imminent Costa Rican goalkeeper Keylor Navas, would have ulterior objective to regain some market share in Latin America. However, Barca seem to count one step ahead after the arrival of the idol Uruguayan Luis Suarez ...

eurosport.fr ( translated )

Kroos may actually replace Ozil and Khedira in atracting new fans in Germany specially after Bayern loss, many younger can be recognized in Tony Kroos in the future.
This is turning into a marketting war too :), but Perez at least buy what the team is needing while we fail on signing a CB, Mathieu move unlikely and Hummells near to United.
I dont mind if owners earn money if we make sportive results, if they fail to do so they should call Crujf/Laporta back.

So Madrid CAN get whoever they want. If you think about it it's a little scary. You have one great player, if they feel like it they can just call your manager/owner/board, say a number and the guy is off to Spain.

Can we just call them the Galacticos again?

^ Aren't the galacticos supposed to be super mega stars? I mean they all are but James, Kroos and Bale don't really compare to the transfers of Kaka and Ronaldo.

@Rama

In modern day equivalence, they are.

Ronaldo - top 20 players in history
Bale - top 10 in the world right now
Benzema - one of the world's best strikers
James - one of the world's most promising players
Kroos - one of the world's best midfielders

They all dominate in their categories. Another way to put it would be...... would you really want to face an offense with the names of Kroos, James, Benzema, Bale, and Ronaldo in it? I think that, in terms of popularity and talent, this is the scariest lineup in the world right now.

@ Dyna

I disagree brother, Kroos/James/Benzema/ OR Bale don't match the skill level of Kaka, Zidane or Ronaldo in their prime. To compare them by who dominates in their categories is highly inaccurate, football changes every year.

Again for the CL . They can do it :)

@tdot, James is not Figo (yet ?), and Kroos is not Zidane, but Bale + Ronaldo are at least equal to Kaka + brazilian Ronaldo of madrid, especially given that Kaka hit his prime before coming to madrid.
