the referee was fine. He made a couple of mistakes at the end, but overall he was pretty decent. This was a very entertaining match actually, can't remember a game like this in a long while...

Interesting shot by Poldi. Spun it with the outside of his foot and put through the keeper's legs. Glad his Turkey experience is going better than his Italian job.

Of course I would prefer Umut Bulut. Any striker is better than Burak I believe. If we play with Burak at derby at the weekend, surely we are going to lose. I strongly think like that. Umut Bulut should play as striker if you ask me. At least we do not lose easily. Burak kazma işte hocam ya futbolcu demeye bile dilim varmıyor :) Ben olsam ikisini de postalar Sinan Gümüşü oynatırım her maç.

Benfica dominated all the second half but was unfruitful in passing around penalty area. It was a match like between Gs and Deportivo in 2001 at which Deportivo played very well but Gs won 1-0.

there is a boycott because of an e-ticket thing called passolig. they are blacklisting football fans.

it's not only about blacklisting. if you want to buy a ticket you have to own a passolig and government gave this to one of their supporter companies. so while you are buying passolig, you are making people which government choose rich. they said that it is about ending the violance in stadiums but nothing is changed. their main goal is the thing i said. and naturally, fans want to support only their club, not some government backed company while getting tickets. this is why there is a boycott. and thanks to this, we see too many empty stadiums in our league.

Ref. was fine. all refs make mistakes, just the yellow against Burak was a bit harsh cause he was onside - but thats football. Good win for Gala shame they didn't get all 3 pts in Kazakhstan then the group would have been really interesting....!

ref was disgusting, allowed benfica players to dive all match , he could have gave yellow card to stop this, also benfica players were doing dirty tackles wtf ,absolute shit ref....
