Milan certainly need an experienced manager, they obsessed with young or unproven managers. The first time we saw this "phenomenon" when Barcelona appointed Pep as a manager, and it turned out to be brilliant and so was Real Madrid when they appointed Juande Ramos or Schuster. But Real Madrid learned their lesson. They appointed Fabio Capello, Pellegrini, Mourinho, Ancelotti and now, Benitez who brought Liverpool to two Champions League finals. Milan need a manager who has more experience, such as, Ancelotti, Capello, or if Milan want to try someone new, but knows everything about Serie A or international matches, they should be considering Mauro Tassotti. Mauro should know everything about AC Milan.

Tassotti would never step up as 1st coach. he stated that different times. Sinisa is good because he can control players like Mario and give some leadership to the team, but so far he was disappointing tactically and made a bunch of mistakes with the subs during games. i wish we got Sarri or Sousa instead. both proved to be tactically sound. the problem is that Milan needs a leader, and until we won't have it among the players, then the coach has to be it. Sinisa is good at it, i hope he can improve in the other fields as well.

Sinisa absolutely a phenomenal manager. but still, Teams with rich history like AC Milan, Real Madrid, Manchester United, need an experienced manager. I totally agree with him can control Balo, but this is AC Milan, not just Balotelli. Sousa is very good, and yes bad substitutions too. You saw what happened when Manchester United signed David Moyes, sure he brought Manchester United to the Quarter-final of the Champions League. But he failed to keep up with Fergie, and now Van Gaal who (in my opinion) was the best manager Barcelona could ever have, and they're starting to be considered one of the candidates to win the league, and of course the Champions League.

Wow, so many yellows. Also, Milan is awful. Balotelli and Bacca were good buys but the midfield and defense sucks.

Wow that ref had his yellow on the quick draw. Impressive draw time for the second Romagnoli yellow. But I guess that's just standard for serie a and la liga referees

^the "official" reason is that Sinisa wanted to rest him for 1 match. real reason is that Sinisa didn't like some things Bacca did, like the rabona. Sinisa complained about the fact that those things can cost us the ball. i don't agree and i'm mad at him because Bacca was actually performing great and in this way you just kill his confidence. if he had to get mad, then he should get mad at players like Bertolacci, De Sciglio and Zapata. FR formation is wrong btw.

no it's not, you have to switch Bonaventura with De Jong, then put Montolivo in the center and De Jong on the right. Bertolacci is good where he is.

Mario knows its his last chance in a top club, so he is performing. The problem is that once he will secure an okay season im not sure if he will want more. Mario's problem has never been potential, at 18yo was BO future contendant due to his body, strenght, maturity, accuracy, dribbles at such a young age. Football is a job for him while it should be his passion.The coach is the part of the iceberg we see for me, Milan direction should retire kindly. Since Ibra-Thiago Silva departure, they fucked the team, had no long term plans nor short ones. Firing coaches wont resolve the problem.
