Higuain is not offside because he receives the ball directly from a goalkick, but he passes to DiMaria who IS offside.

There is no offside on a Goalkick clearly stated in the Laws of the Game.
However, when Higuain touches it to Di Maria, it is offsides, and the goal shouldn't stand. But thus is life.

shouldn't football banned? A game of cheaters and dishonnest people. This is no different from the mafia. What the hell someone cheat in the watch of a full stadium of peoples and millions watching on TV. By the way it should be instituted a criminal court for football players and referees.
