The most clubs in England and Spain have financial problems. These clubs like e.g. Real Madrid, ManU... would never get the licence to participate in the Bundesliga. Look at Bayern Munich. They are without any debt and can play on the highest european level. Real Madrid is indebted with over one Billion!! Euro. Chelsea can't live without Abramovitsch either. So if the clubs are going down one by one then the players will come to the Bundesliga because they surely will get their money there.
