Congrats Spain for the 100% record wining. SPecial mention here, Thiago did what any other player from across the world would not have done it to allow his teammate morata to win the Golden boot for not scoring the 2nd penalty that is what sportsmanship is full respect brother Thiago. Overrated england players take a leaf off this guy's conductivity throughout the tournament no wonder the coach made him the captain. Viva Spain

isn't Thiago 22 years old ? how can hi play four U-21 ?
  • +6
Because technically the tournament started in 2011 (qualification for the U-21 Euros) and back then he was still 21 and part of the team. That's why UEFA allows players who were born in 1990 or later to participate in the tournament (because it means the players were 21 or younger when the tournament started). 23 year-olds who were born in 1989 are not allowed to participate.

@HALA SPAINYou copied my comment from another game XD Congrats to Spain, they were superb and at least 2 levels above every team they faced during the Euros, they still have a bright future and remain the team to beat at the WC.
