After Mexico scored they celebrated like they'd won the world cup, only to get karma'd right at the end - in addition to throwing trash at the corner kick taker, come on.I'm very pleased to see them not win after that, this throwing garbage and laser pointer ridiculousness has to stop.

When you got hooligans on britain, tifossi on italy and deaths by ultras in spain. Oh yeah and racism in almost every league... i recalle bananas being thrown on the pitch? We need to learn a thing or two but what about you?. Whit that being said congrats to T&T fans they deserve to enjoy advantange as first and their team

I'm from Canada, an we had a full out riot in Vancouver a few years ago when the team there lost hockey's Stanley Cup. But I don't look at that and say, well it happens in other parts of the world, so it's ok. IT IS NOT OK. Take the black eyes that your fans give your team from a worldwide perspective, and don't pretend that they do not exist.

I am Mexicano and a fan and i was in the stadium. I jumped from joy when the team took the lead for the second time(I believe im allowed to enjoy my national team games) I also was mad on how they lost it on the first place. I have to say that the generalization that you are making is awfully wrong. That was a great game. I think T&T had a great game also did mexico how can you qualify a team poor and another top clases when they tied and México has the advantange twice?. On another subject why do you think so highly of yourselves?

Happy for T&T. The fans who threw bottles acted disgracefully, but they don't represent all Mexican fans.

As someone who grew up watching the Mexican league, throwing bottles is something normal even between 2 Mexican teams. But for the love of god, throwing bottles at other nations when playing in the US? I am embarrassed to have ancestry from Mexico. The Mexican players have had to try to stop their fans from throwing crap. That's embarrassing. Granted, the Mexico national team sometimes gets treated the same way when they visit certain Central American countries. But it's so low class and shameful to see Mexican fans do this. Disgraceful.

I'm sorry if you took it personal. But the point of my comment was for you, not to generalize fans of a national team on behalf of a few. Btw i did not meant that i was supporting the way a sector of the stadium reacted. I was however wondering ¿how come you(generalization of everyone critisicing) speak so lightly about our reactions when yours aren't any better?
