as soon as I saw yaya "jogging" toure out, pheeww, I felt glad instantly. And WE WON!!! after he's out of course.

Please, pellegrini. Do not fall in love with jogging yaya. Use him very sparingly.

yes the ball was out for 2nd goal but anybody with hard feelings can look back on the previous 2 matches vs everton and the missed calls/penalties.

Refs were going against us since last 3-4 games and you say mancity are paying refs. Read this for any doubts.

The ball had certainly completely gone over the line before Raheem Sterling crossed it for Kevin de Bruyne's goal. The slow motion replay proved it beyond a shadow of a doubt. Referees must stop favouring the big clubs so blatantly. They don't need the officials' help since they already have such huge & talented squads.

delusional. how about all the calls which went against city the last 2 times these clubs met?

If you think about our three games v Everton in January. Clear penalty in first leg on Navas. Not given. Stonewall pen on Sterling in last min in PL. Not given. Ball an inch over the line tonight. Not given. Everything evens out you muppet. Don't you get it mate. That's football. Do try and keep up....

Yes, it was a bad call, but that's too easy to blame the ref. Every sore loser always blames the ref, when in reality, Everton did their typical Everton thing and collapsed. I know what happened here, less to do with refs and more to do with weak team mentality. Trust me, I'm an Arsenal fan

If Bill Kenwright selfishly holds onto power without the finances to allow Everton to compete with the big clubs, we will almost certainly lose all our talented players such as Deulofeu, Barkley,Jagielka, Stones, Lukaku, Mori & even Coleman in due course. In Bill Kenwright we rust!

Referees will almost inevitably give the big clubs the pivotal decisions, like turning a blind eye to Raheem Sterling delivering his killer assist, after the ball had clearly crossed the line. It restored parity, & allowed City to calm their nerves in search of the winning goal. Man City already have far greater resources than Everton, so favouring them with such crucial decisions only serves to condemn the smaller club to certain defeat.

you have to be joking trolling or are just angry at the result.

city are robbed by the referees weekly

Just about the only thing consistent with Everton this season is our propensity to throw away 2-goal leads. It is criminal that we didn't know how to defend a 3-1 aggregate lead & allowed City to overrun us like that. Bill Kenwright should fire Roberto Martinez now, before he takes us into the 2nd tier, in the same manner he got Wigan relegated - playing attacking soccer.

Don't understood why people said Toure jogging style of play no good.

Pirlo were another player that jog the entire game but he still were super world class !!!

clearly you know nothing about M City or Toure.
Toure already past his best. The comparison is silly.
Pirlo is playmaker, while Toure is CDM. Well, now his role is vague, at least for pellegrini.
His lack of pace make our team defense very open. And now he keep giving away the ball.
I think that guy's right. Toure should be played as a super sub. He's quite amazing when came as a sub.

Why do people vote us for lucky???? We were very unlucky and the commentator clearly said we were unlucky. We had two shots on post. Why would people vote us for being lucky. You guys are messed up. And the commentator said our comeback was top class.

Because people don't watch the game. They only see the highlight and notice that the favorites got away with one decision against the underdogs, which pisses everyone off. So based on that one highlight they voted city lucky, regardless of the performance and the statistics which showed how utterly dominant city was. Plus it gives everyone a chance to hate, something that many people are desperate for based on the comments on footyroom.

pok 8 years ago
Because our club have sooooo many haters, especially if you're one of the dominant force in EPL.
The hates come from utd. chelsea, arsenal, and liverpool fan. The fan base of those clubs are very very big.

pisha 8 years ago
Why? I understand it because you were losing, your first goal came from a deflection and your second goal came after the ball went out and the referee didn't see it. And I haven't voted

opajs 8 years ago
people didn't watch the whole game.

1. Aguero should've got a foul which lead to Everton's goal.
2. We hit the post twice.
3. Status don't lie. 13 vs 4 attempts, 9 vs 2 corners.

Yes, I absolutely agree that De Bruyne's goal shouldn't be stood. But I disagree if haters call us lucky. Especially in first leg Jesus Navas should've got a penalty. And in EPL Sterling should've got a very clear penalty when Stones challenged him.

But I don't really care about what haters said, especially the bias ones. We're still going to Wembley.
