Match facts

Tottenham Hotspur

  • Tottenham are unbeaten in each of their last five league encounters with Arsenal (W1 D4); they’ve never gone six consecutive league games without defeat against the Gunners.
  • Mauricio Pochettino is the first ever Tottenham manager to remain unbeaten in his first five top-flight north London Premier League derbies.
  • Harry Kane has scored in four consecutive Premier League appearances against Arsenal, netting five goals in the process. No Spurs player has scored more goals versus Arsenal in the Premier League than Kane (5 – level with Gareth Bale).
  • Kane is the first Englishman to score 20+ goals in three consecutive Premier League seasons since Alan Shearer (four seasons between 1993/94 and 1996/97).

Arsenal

  • Arsenal have got on the scoresheet in 22 of their last 23 visits to White Hart Lane in all competitions, only drawing a blank in a 0-0 draw in February 2009.
  • Arsene Wenger has gone five league games without a win against Spurs for the first time in his career.
  • Only Liverpool v Spurs (140) has seen more Premier League goals than the north London derby (139) – Chelsea v Spurs also 139.
  • This will be Arsene Wenger’s 50th north London derby in charge of Arsenal (W22 D20 L7) – the Gunners have scored more goals against Spurs than they have against any other side under the Frenchman (92).

Predictions

For the majority of the Arsene Wenger years at Arsenal, they would have been the one in the title race while Tottenham Hotspur would be chasing the top four, but things have changed this season.

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur both laboured to wins on Wednesday, but the home advantage is likely to be vital in this one. Tottenham Hotspur have won 3 of the last 5 League games between these North London rivals at White Hart Lane and goals generally flow when these teams meet.

Apart from Bayern, schalke, Dortmund, Leverkusen, Leipzig and Wolfsburg, the rest of the teams in shitttty bundesliga are equivalent to championship teams in England and that includes cologne asshole. West Brom would rape any shite bundesliga teams apart from the ones I noted. So stop hyping you got raped by Monaco bitch bastard hope you get bombed again twat

no knowledge on football? then let me express myself to you. schalke are hit and miss, leverkusen are having a shite season, wolfburg are about to be relegated. yeah, it's teams like freiburg, leipzig that are surprising, but can never win. and you say they are championship level? i know you will say the same about leicester, but teams like arsenal tottenham and what not are not world class. teams like dortmund bayern are world class. the only world class epl team is chelsea. even your reject is wanted by bayern and us ( real too?) please, sit down. are you really trying to tell me west brom can beat teams that get in champions league, like gladbach for instance. please tell me you are joking.. since you say wolfburg can beat brom, i guess the other 17 can too ( even darmstadt)

Regardless if Leverkusen and Wolfsburg are having crap seasons doesn't take away the fact they aren't decent or good clubs. Wolfsburg beat Real Madrid last season as well as man united and Leverkusen are regular ucl participants the last 4 years. That's like saying ac Milan is a shite club since they have been irrelevant since 2013. Leipzig are just one season wonders but will deteriorate when top clubs take their talents again cough*BUYern*cough Leicester had a lucky break last season that all top clubs had dips and were transitioning same happening to Leipzig apart from the fact Bayern just dominated as usual. Hahahah don't make me laugh Dortmund world class? Conceded a shitt ton in the ucl and your strike force went missing against Monaco when needed. Aubameyang 75million my ass

1. leverkusen are decent yes, they challenged and would have won atleti if they did not have oblak. wolfsburg has had to sell and buy a lot and this affected their chemistry, making them shit now. they sold draxler and schurrle for this ntep guy. he is shit. it is like selling sanchez to buy heskey.
2. ac milan are a shit team. their best outfield player is an everton reject. are nottingham forest better than chelsea arsenal and totteham and city combined because they have more champions leagues? no.
3. i dont think bayern will need any leipzig players, but we might take werner and forsburg.

4. we are world class. put it this way, your family is having a wedding. the bus you use to get there gets shot and there are bombs, and your mum is in hospital for 4 weeks, obviously you are not going to focus if the wedding is rearranged the next day. uefa robbed us and bayern, they are fucking cunts that dont know anything about football. then when the second leg starts they waste our time and give us bad flashbacks and we concede in 2 minutes. even burki said he could not see the ball because there was a picture of batra is his head. auba saves us a lot, but i hope he stays.

It's a shame to see the number of injuries on both sides. But as Pochettino would say, "that is football". For instance, Carzola's quality and experience has been a huge miss for the Gunners. I think Lucas Perez can be their best forward, as well. I admire his all-around attacking skill-set, he can cross, dribble, pass and score. As a Spurs supporter, I thought this season was going to be Lamela's best by far. Hopefully the recent surgery on his hip alleviates the recurring issues. Winksy has been missed as well. It's hard for me to advocate picking Rose since he didn't get a single minute against Palace, but Poch played Kane at the Emirates earlier this year when he was far below 100%. I think Spurs should play 4 at the back, Davies at LB, with Dier & Dembele in midfield

Spurs don't miss Lamela at all, I would say you're better without him now. On the other side Cazorla injury has shown how much we need him. Hopefully it won't be as boring as Manchester derby, good luck

I disagree about Lamela. I think Spurs lose a lot of creativity when he's out; he was involved in a surprising amount of goals last year, including some important ones. You're right in the sense that they don't need him as much to play a back 3, with Alli and Eriksen occupying the 2 spots behind Kane. Son and Lamela on the bench would be quite strong. However, when playing a back 4, we often has been seeing Sissoko come off the bench which is a huge downgrade from Lamela. Arsenal will be licking their chops after the result of the Manchester Derby, Sunday is going to be amazing. Best of luck to you too, sir
