How about wolfburg...it also owned by a company right?

Wolfsburg is owned by a company but it was founded by factory workers and so it has a different history. Red Bull has a very shady history with buying out clubs and killing fanbases. Leipzig was only recently created and have used very questionable methods to gain success. The Bundesliga is structured in a way which puts fans over anything else, which is why the league hasn't been completely bought out like the Premiere League, La Liga, Calcio A, and Ligue 1. A team like Leipzig aren't the 'Leicester' of the Bundesliga challenging for the title, but a much worse version of Manchester City.

Apart from Red Bull money, Bundesliga is dominated by West German teams. Comparatively underdeveloped East Germans clubs (former soviet territory) always been isolated due to lack of sponsorship and money. Toni Kross is the only East German player who was the part of world cup winning squad. No wonder all regular and financially stable west German clubs hates them.

I agree that it is great having East German teams since they have been unrepresented however RB doesn't stand for the fans or for the football, it stands for the brand and pure commercial side of the game. I love that they are bringing more East German youth into the first team (like Timo Werner who could become a world class striker at one point) but people have hated Leipzig for more than just the money, but also the way they fundamentally against fans and how they prevent fans from being able to be active members and participants in club decisions.

Well you can read all about why they are one of the most hated clubs in Germany due to the way they run their club and what Red Bull has done in the past to numerous teams. But the one thing I have to admit is they do play very attractive attacking football with a very young squad, something quite worthy of praise.

their philosophy is to buy young players only whats wrong with that? its the commercial part that doesnt fit in to football for most people

Well yes the development of a young squad is certainly part of it (and a very good part) but also throwing a ton of money and can just spend more money than the rest of the league outside of Munich perhaps is also part of it because of the Red Bull brand. The fact that their membership is expensive and the base consists of RedBull employees creates an atmosphere that is almost against normal fans. They've bought out a club before in Austria and they did the same in Germany. As I'm sure you understand, the fanbase is a huge part of German football culture (Bayern has a lot of money sure but they still promote a healthy fanbase culture unlike what Leipzig have done). Also a whole host of other reasons you can read about elsewhere doesn't help their reputation.

So your point is money and business they run like a business to surivie? And because there new and doing something different. Bayern has made your league become bad since they win it every year. Bayern spend the total of all the other teams in the league on one player. and buy rival's best players. If anything thank Leipzig that your league isn't as boring this year since there the only ones putting pressure on bayern. So what if they use the money they earn to buy players

Don't get me wrong, I love the concept of having more competition in the league as yes Bayern have been dominant for a few years now however this doesn't mean that their methods of gaining success aren't immune of criticism. You may not understand it fully because of the differences in league and football culture but remember all the shit clubs like Manchester City got when they had a shit ton of money spent on them by wealthy companies and sponsors? How they went from being a club that was tiny to now competing in Europe simply down to the money they have to spend. Even City has one of the best youth training facilities in the UK which is great but it doesn't take away from the fact that they have so much money to spend that it pisses off a lot of fans.

Bayern are dominant but they haven't always been this much of a wealthy club. They gained a lot of success in the 20th century and became a powerhouse through their development and gradual rise to success not through their money. Dortmund has money but we don't succeed because of it. I agree that competition is necessary in the Bundesliga but when Red Bull have most of their membership owners being employees to crowd out fans, it leave a bad taste in the mouths of many supporters. The German bundesliga is perhaps the last European league to be fully overtaken with money and sponsorship deal and is one which has always been built on the fans being integral parts of their clubs, Leipzig have come in and threaten that very foundation of the league.

BRO, football is changing, money is part of the game now (business). Just get used to it. Change yourself, don't change the others.

I agree with some of the things you said but football is changing like man utd just spent 100m on Pogba who doesn't even score 20+ scores nor has 20+ assists in a season. A player worth 100m is Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, Lewandoski players that are game changers. Football is changing and it will contuine to change soon 100m will be get you a player who u would pay 50m for or something.

No denying football is moving in a direction which focuses on the commercial aspect of a club however what Leipzig have done is different, they're not just another club that got a sponsorship deal. They're a corporation which buys out other clubs and kills their fan cultures and spend shit loads of money in over inflated deals (Like the money they spent on Oliver Burke). Other teams like Bayern, Wolfsburg, and even Ingolstadt have sponsorship money but they haven't used their money the same way Leipzig have. Nobody is in denial of the changing game but Leipzig do not stand for football, especially not German football, and they purely care about the money and brand. Literally go and read about all the shady shit Red Bull have done wherever they go and you'll understand why they're hated.

If you guys would like to know a bit more about it. There is a YouTube channel names KickTV and they made a video about why Leipzig is so hated. There's also a Copa 90 video on it I think.

I just watched it and am fine with it. They will bring competitiveness to the German league as it is known to be a called Bayern Liga since Bayern's youth team is BVB. Am happy for RB Leipzig.

I don't mind people having different views and so if you're ok with it I can't force you to change your thoughts on it. I'm just trying to get people to understand why people in Germany and around Europe dislike them. Obviously there has even been violence against Leipzig fans (Dortmund was punished because our ultras were attacking them) and there is no excuse for violence and all of us should be against any violence towards another team's supporters. It's just a matter of principle and trying to maintain the Bundesliga's rules and regulations.
