True, I was quite concerned what if Juve stumbles down after a 3-1 loss to Genoa. But like always, they've managed to fight over the pressure and win the game against Atalanta. Credits for both.

Great performance all around. I'm in love with the 4-3-1-2. I've been begging for this formation all season long, and I finally got my wish. Pjanic is best in an advanced role. Look at the damage he can do. Incredible.

*Side-note: If anyone watched this game, they would know that Mandzukic was the Man of the Match by a long shot. Great performance by Pjanic, I definitely do not want to take away a stellar showing by him. But Manzu was a man possessed. His defensive contributions were outstanding. His midfield and attacking contributions were master class. (Please just don't vote for a player because you see how many goals or assists he has)

Atalanta bottled it. Didn't show up despite the good run. flap by sportiello on first goal and poor set piece defending. Juve didn't need to get out of second gear.

Lovely game today!! Has been quite a while for Juve to score from a corner kick set piece. Great to see Rugani improving and Mandzukic picking up goals. Wonderful solo work from Sandro, and wow. Pjanic is a real deadball specialist! Forza Juve!!

Mandzukic was simply excellent this match! Surely and without a doubt, the man of the match. We're only missing to see Higuain striking goals on a regular basis (again), the way he did last season in Napoli. Now, we know that Napoli's very offensive style suits him more, but Juve's also playing quite offensive, the create numerous chances and score lots of goals, so (I hope that) it's only a matter of time before we see the best of Higuain. 'Cause with 94 million behind his name, he should score more than 20 goals this season. But, there's still a long way to go, and there's more than enough time to see Papita's best!

Damn! Although I knew it was a long shot, I really had some hopes that Atalanta will do the impossible, and if not more, then they'll get at least a point from this match. But, Juve always know how to get the best out of a desperate situation - I'm not saying they were desperate before this match, but they surely weren't at their best (Not just because of the defeat from Genoa last weekend)! It wouldn't have been bad if Milan (and possibly Roma) would come even closer to Juve's 1st place. But, all in good time! We saw a terrific Napoli yesterday - they were so superior to Inter, I almost felt sorry for them. So, they can also come close to Juve.
However, one thing is for sure! This match was far better, with much more substance and quality, than the so much outspoken El Clasico!
