Lindelof at age of 21 played 90 minutes Champions legue match against Zenit and won .... last year played 43 games , was portuguese champion, and reached Champions quarter finals, also was euro sub 21 european champion playing as right back , where did you guys find a 23 year old center back that (even at pre season) impresses as Maldini or Nesta would impress playing in such a huge team like MAN UNT ? it will take time of course but ím sure you will vow to him. And Matic ... i realy dont know what is a good defensive midfielder for you...but he his world class and then again MAn Unt fans shoud be happy to have theese two "made by Benfica" players.... we will talk again in the end of the season.

i think man utd should switch to 3-5-2. this way they can utilize pogba and lukaku at full potential. lukaku is not the type of player that can come down to help the build up.

Matic was great in getting ball back in really good positions. Smalling Lindelof Blind trio was medicore but I think only 1 of them will be first choice for Mourinho, our best three CB would be: Bailly, Rojo and idk probably Smalling or Lindelof.

Decent. Not that great yet, feel safe with him. We had some weird tactic but showed some potential. Lindelof and Blind were terrible.

Lindelof was terrible all pre-season actually. Not sure who decided to get him for United lol a bit worry about him playing for us.

mark my words guys, marcos rojo is gonna bench lindelof. he's been the least impressive signing all summer. even the younger academy defenders have fared better than him. he needs to hit the ground running no time to waste.

Rojo was a beast last season and I can't wait to see him back in the 1st team. I think our best line up should include Rojo-Bailly at the back (Lindelof and Jones for rotation but they've got to work hard and improve).

He's a good backup signing we're not asking him to break through the first team straight away and be in the starting lineup. He will have the time to adapt to the new league and the team and we'll see how it goes from there. This is not David Moyes managing here mind you...

going into the season with blind as our starting lb makes me very nervous, can't wait for shaw to return. we are probably the best counter attacking team in the league tbh what a turn over from a freekick even my little niece's 8 grade team can convert.

Lol wtf, Blind is not first starting LB, he is one of trio CB and probably wont be first choice either. If we play 3 in a back it will be Rojo Baily and Smalling/Lindelof. IF we play 4 in the back it will be Valencia/Baily/Rojo/Darmian.
