Put your hate for other teams aside and be logical. The season isn't over yet, but so far yes City are the best team in the league, and united second best (just look at the table). Now i hope all english teams do well in CL.
Also Messi dosen't fit in the category I described, he defies categories... plus he overcame some tough odds in his life to get to where he is, and he is so unique and fun to watch... I guess I just have a dislike for the wanking winger type... And admiring pep building an actual team rather than one based around a mega star although they do have the funds to do that...

I might be biased but Man City have made the league way more interesting, 15 games unbeaten and some of them by last minute goals which have been ridiculously entertaining to watch. You're just salty as a probably Manchester United fan because your 90 and 75 million players just get taught how to defend and nothing else.
@Glorymanunited, manchester united have spent more on a single player (e.g. 90m, 75m) than City have for multiple players. You can't say that the spending is ruining the league because Manchester United are spending just as much and are just shite. How can you say that Mikhitaryan is playing well? He looked so dangerous in the first three games of the season as the Dortmund Mikhi and then he just disappeared. Get a reality check you knob.
