The team didn't have a shot on goal for 60 plus minutes, you thick plank. That's 94 minutes plus a further hour of no shots on goal. And you're questioning the IQ of other people? What performance? Milan were the home team! The onus is on the home team to play well and create chances. Easily been a win? haha how? For having a couple of tame shots straight at Allison? If not for Florenzi's woeful finish at 0-0, this could've been 3-0 at home. Definitely a few fries short of a happy meal.

Why should montella be sent away? Milan yesterday fell into the field with 9 new purchases out of 11, while Roma had only Kolarov, Roma is stronger and more organized than Milan, as Montella said after the game, in the last Serie A Roma made 23 more points than milan, and these are values that cannot change in a year. Milan lack players like Dzeko, Nainggollan, Manolas, De Rossi, Strootman. After that, Milan played a much better first time than the giallorossi, but then, the real values of the two teams came out.

Everyone's reactions to this game really make me question the general football IQ of the people that posted on this video. This was the best performance we've had all season considering the opposition. The difference was Dzeko. The most underrated striker in the world. He's top five in the world hands down and he's on fire right now. Bonucci is trying to teach Romganoli and Mussachio how to play in a 3 man defense while simultaneously trying to be the rock in the back and on top of that every single player in front of him is a new signing and has never played together before this season. There's no chemistry yet and there shouldn't be it's WAY to early. This game could have EASILY been a win for Milan we just got unlucky, but we performed well and held our own with a top serie a side.

If you want a good performance, be an Udinese fan. We're talking about AC Milan here! Do you have any idea what that name represents? Any home defeat is a shame for this club... Have we become so small yet?

Ahh the resident mentally challenged footyroom Ac Milan expert is back with flawless analysis. No fake pictures to post this time? Think about this for a second. If we didn't have a shot on goal in almost 60min, but shared 50% possession for 80% of the game and the first goal came off a brilliant one on one play by a superior player that was also a deflection and our team literally was just put together this season with no prior experience together and the other has nucleus of players that have been playing together for 4-5 years. What does that tell you? You're having bi-polar reactions to results. Go watch replays of the 2005 squad. It's not 05 anymore. This team just started playing together. By rights Roma should've routed us, but they didin't. We held our own until a deflection.

See this is the kind of thing that makes you so deranged. I've never claimed to live in Italy. I've never claimed to go to every game. I've never accused people who don't do these two things of being "part time" fans who's opinions are worthless. You know why? Having the opportunity to do either of those 2 things doesn't automatically make you a hardcore expert AC Milan super fan who's opinion can never be questioned. It just means you have the means necessary to do those things. I. Unlike you. Have nothing to prove or brag about. I'm not a petty deranged person. You are. Get help.

blah blah blah. Put up or shut up. Throwing assumptions and accusing people of this and that over the internet. If you've got a spine, attend 1 game. I will be at games vs Inter, vs Genoa and vs Juventus. That's just October. November, I'm also definitely attending milan vs torino. That's 4 opportunities for you to put your assumptions and pathetic cheap insults straight to me. Attend 1 game and see if you can say what you're saying face2face. Otherwise keep that mouth shut, part timer. If you're not here at 1600 on 15th October, I will post a video on youtube outside of tower 11 and post the link on here. I will do the same again before the games vs Genoa, Juve and Torino. But hopefully you'll be a man and show up. Something tells me they'll hold you up at immigration control though.

All this talk about immigration and visas makes me think in addition to you being an absolute nutcase. You're probably also a right wing nationalist. You're a dangerous person. You need help. It's a shame to think someone like this supports the club I've loved since a boy. I feel so sorry for you.

Maybe, just maybe Donnarumma, Bonucci and Romagnoli are overrated. Milan concede some silly goals. Their defence look awful.

Bonucci is gonna regret moving to AC Milan and wished he moved to another League. He would be fun to watch in the EPL maybe Leicester City that would be fun.

As it stands and so far this season, I can't argue with that. Calha-no-clue whatever his name is the worst of all. I thought we had reached a total low when Boateng had the number 10. But now we have some Turkish kebab maker as a 'playermaker'

Ugly match that could have turned either way. This Milan side to me remains incomplete, regardless of the massive amounts of money spent on market. Important win for ASR, good to see Florenzi score (and hold the entire ninety minutes). Daje Roma!

1. Playing Borini ahead of Suso
2. Playing Rodriguez as a left winger, whilst Bonaventura gets less than 10 minutes
3. Basically giving that Turkish kebab maker an entire game, despite being nothing but a pile of dung in every league game. Despicable second yellow. Whoever decided to give him the number 10 shirt really
needs their life questioned. I hope we never see him again in a Milan shirt.
4. Like for like changes, despite going 1-0 down at home.

The only Milan player to come away with any credit is Andre Silva. Funnily enough, the only Milan defender who looks half decent in a 3 man defence is Musacchio. If not for a poor Florenzi finish, this could've been as bad as last season (lost 1-4). Apologies, but I think Montella has to go.

Well said... And if we are to find a serious head coach, we should bring in someone who plays a modern 4-3-3 formation, for which we have the right players... Not that 3-5-2 bullshit

@Cuore_Granata. Personally, I'm not a big fan of going down an already trodden path. But if Montella were to be dismissed, the biggest issue is the lack of credible managers being available. Carletto is nearly 60, so I'm not sure if he's the right man at the right time. Saying that, his stint with Milan started in similar circumstances. The team rebuilding post a 1-2 indifferent seasons. Taking over from Terim and making the UEFA cup semi final proved valuable experience for the following season which yielded 2 trophies.

For Christ's sake, what the hell is that guy doing? Is he experimenting on AC Milan's expence? What kind of ridiculous, old fashioned football is he trying to play? Every minute he remains our head coach is a disaster... Fire him right now!! Carletto is waiting by the phone...Forza Milan!!

I thought this was an pretty even match. Di Francesco is doing well so far. I hope AC Milan keep Montella it would be cruel to sack him this early after all he's done.
Must feel great for Fiorenzi to score after so long sidelined with injures. Pellegrini impresses me a lot

Even is OK but as the home team, the onus is on you to force the play. Milan went over 150 minutes without a shot on target. It took a bonucci shot straight at Allison to end that. Credit to Roma. They did what they had to do. Waited for mistakes from Milan, albeit the first goal was clearly deflected back into the goal. Milan never did anything to get anything from the game.

Ugh, really felt that Milan played a pretty decent match... up until Dzeko's goal, at least.

And now to deal with Montella's sacking rumors.
0

It won't be a rumor. If they're going to sack him, sack him now. The team needs a jolt going into the derby. Otherwise it will be another hopeless performance. Milan's record vs 3 half decent opposition so far reads - 8 conceded and 1 goal scored.
