Great display, but now we have to wait another 2 years to see if we are strong enough to participate in a competition like Euro Cup. Sadiku should always start.

Oh and the only positive there is about our national team is that we have relatively young attackers who could develop into some serious stuff such as Cenk, Mor, Unal and Under.

Enes Ünal is pretty overrated. Emre Mor does not seem to be progressing. Ünder won't get any playing time in Roma.

First of all these are players to keep an eye on for the future even tho Cenk kinda made it already. I would not agree that Unal is overrated. While he isn`t nearly the new Ibra as people seem to think, he has a lot to offer for his age and shows immense potential in terms of his work rate and personality. Try and remember where Cenk was at when he was 20. I don`t disagree about Mor but some players bloom a bit later on and Under also has great potential he just needs to play more. I am simply more excited for the next generation and am sick of Turan, Erkin, Inan, Gonul and their bullshit approach to their work.

Milan has ruined Hakan Calhanoglu.

Not really, I don't remember one game that Hakan played great for his National team.

Hakan is overrated because people are easily amazed by free kicks.

Amazing performance from Albania. Congrats. Beşiktaş' players Caner, Gökhan, Oğuzhan, Tolgay and Cenk all should play for Turkey. Otherwise this team is hopeless. Cenk was top class once again. That 2ns goal of Turkey was awesome. Oğuzhan great pass to Cenk and Cenk with greater "Guti" ball to Emre :)

You talk too much, and unnecessarily.

I legit just signed up today cause I think the comments section deserves more than one perspective in terms of Turkish football. While I don`t disagree with ALL your comments, you are ridiculously biased dude.

Caner and Gokhan have no place in the team as your club barely plays them. One is a left back that can`t defend with discipline issues and the other is a has been who is always injured. Oguzhan has talent but he is terribly inconsistent. He plays well maybe 2 games out of 10 and the rest he is horrible, not even decent. Tolgay is in my opinion a quality player but he never had enough playing time (partly due to injury I get it) and he only just recently caught some form.
There is nothing to say about Cenk other than the fact that he is the best Turkish striker by far right now.

Who will play instead of Gökhan Gönül and Caner Erkin then? Gökhan was not injured atm by the way. Aren't Beşiktaş playing the best football in Turkey? If the mixed up squad doesn't work, I would try Beşiktaş' Turks and see how they get along together in NT. You do realize weren't humiliated this game only because Cenk and Oğuzhan. Tolgay will play when he gets the full licence no problem about that. He never got injured in a while.

My opinion is that it is time for a much needed reform in the Turkish NT and you cannot do that with Erkin and Gonul. Whereas I do not think the team should be full of players playing in Europe like when Avci was in charge, there certainly are options and for one I don`t see why Atila Turan can`t replace Erkin. I did not say Gonul was injured but he is way past his prime and is very injury prone. One potential replacement for him is Ahmet Oguz, he just happens to be playing for a shit side atm.
Besiktas is playing good football but besides Cenk, all your stars are foreign just like every team in Turkey now.

Fair enough, I can't say I disagree about Erkin. Hope someone can revive Turkey by its next generation players. Since I only care about the club level, I do comment unnecessarily about the National team most of the time. I will stick to Beşiktaş only.
