Such a shame, that despite the high profile anti-racism campaign, fans entrenched in their old-school bigoted ways decide to throw racist remarks directed at Michy.
Important to know that this doesn't sully the name of Atalanta as a whole, but the wider fanbase need to call out these monsters and ban them from future attendance.

It's clear-cut chance not clean-cut. Don't use expressions you don't know. Besides, Italians have perfected the art of not deserving to win and winning so stop complaining about the Germans

Very, very impressed with Atalanta, much the better side but lacking in the final product -- tough way to go out but that's life. Congrats to Dortmund and excited to see what they can do in their next round!

I miss Dortmund under Tuchel. When he managed, the team played more exciting and stylish football. Now I can't find any special strategy or brilliance which he has shown before. BVB should've kept him.

Holy shit we played bad in the first half and things got just a little bit better in the second half when Reus came on. To be honest we were pathetic over both halfs managed to get a lucky goal and went through. Relieved. But Atlanta deserved this game, hats off for playing so well.

@N1c0hay your team is fucking shit cheating players and coaches, the only way you can get better is by stealing younger players from the Bundesliga and making your competitors weaker, you guys dont play entertaining football and will not get close to winning a trophy this season, best of luck for next season. UP BVB

Yeah because buying lewandoski hummels neuer gotze in recent history and soon to be goretzka and max Meyer isn't buying from rivals...

Those Germans man...ONLY THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME! Atalanta was far better in both legs, especially in this one, when Borussia had only 2 shots on the goal the entire 2nd half, but Papu HAD TO MISS such a clean-cut chance, a shot which he should've buried it in the net, but instead, he did something far away from a footballer of his class! And with the unfortunate knee "assist" from Berisha to the Dortmund player...there you have it - Atalanta OUT, B. Dortmund in 1/8 finals, totally undeserved!
I really, really feel bad about them, but I'm also very angry at Papu for the missed chance!

dimitri, germans r not lucky. You would be better off focusing on your sinking AC MIlan and nation team.. Just remember, denmark qualified to the world cup ahead of Italy

Oh, Papu... Atalanta were the better team here, but they had enough chances. Very unfortunate way to go out, but they can be proud. They gave everything & I really hope they'll be back again in Europe.

Missed opportunity. The first leg was just a case of Magica Dea showing their inexperience in knockout rounds. Who knows what more they could've done had they gone through. And who knows when they'll play in Europe again.
