lmao, you do realize every single man of your defence cost alone more than whole Wigan team?

lmao, how about all the offside goals you scored this season? how about all the Sterling dives and so on?
_YoLsOn_ 6 years ago
Manchester City, Bosnia-Herzegovina 0 192
Which Sterling dives are you talking about, every single penalty he got this season was rightly given so, and I can recall him getting at least 2 yellow cards for diving so even when he dives most of the time he gets punished for it !! And btw good job referees for that I support that !! Offside goals were scored by every single premier league side and sometimes it's just nuances which make the difference something which can hardly been seen by naked unaided human eyes (I know that since my uncle used to be a referee back in time). I have nothing against scoring or conceding goals like that, I do support the use of technology though in such situations just to make the game more fair !

What rages me up is these kind of situations where referees are inconsistent, it's like they are tossing dice and if it's a double they give a red card, and most of the time this season when the tackle was made against our players the dice didn't show the same number !

The red card was fully deserved though.

To be honest, when I first saw the tackle I was also thinking that he'll give him a red card, when he pulled out the yellow one first I was surprised and relieved at the same time, and then the Wigan players occupied him and made him change his mind, the referee should've sticked to his original idea and not make others having a influence on his decision...

I'm more inclined to think he received a call from the linesman / 4th referee.

Wigan's defense was outstanding! Not enough credit goes towards a great defensive game as does a great offensive game. You really need to stand out in order for the defense to shine and they did very well today. Walker made a game losing mistake today and cost them the game. Goes to show that English football is one of the tougher leagues when giants like Man City get tossed around

Fair play to Will Grigg and Wigan, we definitely underperformed. However, that red was a joke, just like Anthony Taylor.

I hope Wigan fans take this in as much as they can before they realise they're in League One :)

Its not that the red was undeserved (It would have been a harsh one anyway), its that the ref was going to give him a yellow and then the Wigan players changed his mind. Thats awful refereeing.

Lmao that Website shows nothing conclusive. Add up the prices of everyone who players for City today its nowhere near 870m.
City have been spending less than United and Chelsea for each season for many seasons now. Most of their players were considered mediocre before they game to the club. This season was their biggest spending in a while but thats only because their entire defense was over 30 and well past its prime and unable to compete in any top club, so they needed to spend big on young defenders, and wont need to spend a lot in the future.
Anyway, Chelsea fans making fun of other clubs on Money is always a big meme lmao

I did mate. Their squad doesn't cost 870m. They've also spend less than Manu and Chelsea for most of the recent seasons. Chelsea fans talking about money is hilarious

It doesn't you dont know how to search right, I posted a link already that reported that research news.

That link talks about some "Analyzed price" or whatever, not how much City actually bought those players for. Nice try though.

First of all, shouldn't ur dumbass be watching the Barca game? 2ndly, I already said that the link you showed doesn't count the actually price city paid for its players, just the "analyzed price" of how much they would cost now. Their squad didn't cost 870mil

I mean fair play to Wigan for taking their chance, but City lost against the run of play. Their finishing and final ball was very poor, and one mistake cost them a goal. The ref was clearly against them which was disgusting but its not the first time its happened, and any team has to fight through it.

Dunno im pretty sure its the other way round. No matter how well they do, city will never be United. United will always be the biggest club in Manchester.

Well we don't mind being the smaller club if it means we win trophies, play like this and dominate "bigger clubs". The salt from fans of the "biggest club" makes it even better.

Whatever you say dude. You can win trophies every season for eternity, you'll still never be Manchester United. They earned everything they have and are a proper football club with great history and tradition. City will never be that.
