Napoli played a Europa match 4 days prior, Inter did not. Hence the tired legs in the second half.

@milanlamiavita: honestly, how old are you? Are you aware that the name of the club Napoli today is not the same as it was during Maradonas time? Do you know how hard it is to support a club that goes bankrupt is degraded 3-4 divisions, changes name and identity. A club that has scars from the maffia and yet fights its way through the series back to serie A and after wiping away the tears, the sweat and blood again find itself as a title contender? Meanwhile clubs like Inter have felt the sweet taste of winning the treble? There is some history beyond 2-3 seasons back you know!

History is not always beautiful and full of success. But it is still there.

@kloppo, oh please, don't even get me started. and btw, why should Higuain choose Liverpool over Naples. i mean, he's the King of one of Europe's most beautiful cities (UNESCO world heritage) with breathtaking surroundings (Amalfi, Capri, Sorrento, Pompei), sea, mountains, AWESOME WEATHER. also, amazing food, best pizza and coffee in the world, furthermore the city has Spanish heritage. he could go to Arsenal, but you know, not everyone values the money and the marketing of plastic football over awesome lifestyle and genuine calcio ;)

its hard to say for me, but nagatomo 1st yellow wasn't a foul, and napoli lucky enough to win this game and i must salute inter for their spirit

you're right, the first episode was simulation by Callejon, hence Nagatomo should have finished the match on the pitch. but Napoli weren't lucky, dominated until the 65', bagged 2 past Serie A's best defence. they just lost focus after Pipita's 2nd goal, there is where Inter stepped up their game, and frankly they showed to be scudetto material.

milanlamiavita....nagatoma trys to come off as a "safe" player like a conservative type and i think thats why mancini played him and the total opposite always takes place because he most times end up creating a mess..same as ranocchia, and im glad finally someone realizes that ranocchia was the problem to the center of defence and should have been benched a longtime..i see these 3 thru the door this january
