Once again there is people that know nothing about football. The 3 minutes stoppage time of the 4th ref is just a suggestion for the gamed leading ref on the pitch. He can even let the teams play for 10 more minutes if he wants to. And in the last minutes Germany was around the penalty area of Poland and refs are not allowed to take goal scoring opportunities away.
