Match facts

Chelsea

  • The Blues are unbeaten in all competitions so far this season.
  • Chelsea have won 27 of their last 32 home matches in the Premier League.
  • Cesc Fàbregas and Diego Costa both missed international duty with Spain due to minor injuries but should be fit to start against West Brom this weekend.
  • André Schürrle also withdrew from the Germany squad due to illness but should have had enough time to recover.

West Bromwich Albion

  • Jonas Olsson remains sidelined while Sébastien Pocognoli missed international duty with Belgium and remains a doubt for the trip to Stamford Bridge.
  • If the latter is unavailable for the match on Saturday then Andre Wisdom may be forced to switch to left-back with Cristian Gamboa coming in on the right.
  • Craig Gardner is back available following a suspension and could return to the side along with Stéphane Sessegnon.

Predictions

West Bromwich Albion are exactly the sort of team that Chelsea slipped up against last season. After complaining about the slow start to several games so far, Mourinho will expect this well-rested side to put in a near-perfect performance for the full 90 minutes on Saturday.

Final Score – 2 : 0

Our competitors suffer injuries while we rarely do. I believe God helps us this season. Feel positive about how this will work out.

So God only cares about overpaid football players rather than poor starving people all over the world? Seems legit.

Ramires have been out for 4 weeks, Schurrle is either injured or is affected by mysterious illness, Costa missed was out for almost a month after returning from international duties, Azpilicueta got banned for 3 games, Remy has been out for amost a month now. But of course you don't notice their absent because the players that comes for the injured players are performing.
