Real Madrid put their 2-1 home defeat at the hands of champions and rivals Atletico Madrid firmly behind them bythumping Deportivo 8-2 at the Riazor on Saturday afternoon.
The thrashing of Depor came off the back of a 5-1 victoryover Swiss outfit FC Basel in the Champions League, meaning that Carlo Ancelotti's side go into Tuesday's home encounter with Elche having scored 13 goals in their last two outings.
In the corresponding fixture last season, Real won out 3-0 winners, with Gareth Bale getting among the goals.

The Spanish capital has not been the happiest of hunting grounds for Elche, who have never left the Bernabeu with a victory.
Of the 20 meetings between the two sides there, they have lost 17 and drawn just three, the last of which came during the 1975-76 campaign.
Elche have conceded at least two goals in five of their last six away matches in La Liga.

Predictions

With a front six of Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, James Rodríguez, Karim Benzema, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric, it is no surprise that Real Madrid have secured a couple of emphatic wins.
The issue with that lineup has been, and will be, when coming up against high quality opposition that is capable of putting Madrid under pressure and exposing the unbalanced nature of the team.
That is unlikely to be the case on Tuesday against a club that were the lowest scorers in La Liga last season and have failed to score in half their matches this campaign. Even if Ancelotti makes several changes, Madrid should still emerge with a comfortable win.

Finally i see Keylor Navas on the field.He is a great goalkeeper...i think he gonna be the future of Real Madrid.Anyway with C.Ronaldo,J.Rodrigez,G.Bale,K.Benzema,Modric, i really expect goals,goals and goals!
