Ronaldo and Messi are the best based on reputation and what they can do, but are they currently at this moment or over the course of the last year the best players in the world? Idk I think Suarez had a better season and Bale led madrid to the CL trophy, I thought Bale was the best player in the CL final and was in great form in the euros. Ronaldo my have won the euro and CL but I don't think he played that well, he is no longer dribbling past players or doing something special apart from his shooting. I just think it's time to pass the mantle on.
