What I really can't understand from this game is, how did Liverpool's way of playing go all the way down because of missing ONE player? I know Salah is the best player, but the other 9 field players were also doing an amazing game! So how can that be explained? Lallana is also a speedster, obviously less lethal, but a fast and technical player no matter what in order to represent at the least Salah's tactical movement.
How can your way of playing change that drastically?

What's with everyone highlighting that it was Germany's B Team? Chile dominated and Germany could do nothing but bet on a counter-attack chance. Pretty much any team who plays against Chile can't do much more than defend well hoping on a draw because of Chile's overwhelming work rate and intensity. The only team that can defy Chile today is Brazil.
