I remember when Madrid play vs Rayo and they were with 2 man down. A certain player scored and celebrated like he was in the Champions League final. Today Messi did the same thing on the 3rd goal and he barely celebrated at all just pointing to his teammate and respecting his opponent. That kind of attitude is why a lot of people like Messi more and hold this other player in comtempt.

Can someone be more unselfish than Messi, He just giveaway a free-kick and penalty for a hattrick
But finally he gets his own hattrick.

Part of me used to think Messi was just as cocky as Ronaldo. He was just quieter but it was a tactic. He looked abit sly. But these days I'm seeing he really is selfless. When he says he plays for the shirt, and his team mates are just as important as him, he really means it. Putting his talent aside, I really respect him as a person.

it's funny to see Pique always trying to be with the cool kids (MSN). Not that he's a bad player but the way he plays kinda makes it obvious that he wishes he was a forward.

Sliding tackle with the studs up and foul in the area against someone in a goal scoring position are BOTH red card offences… What exactly is the problem…?

That was 50 50 ball and Diego Llorente won it clearly. His follow through turned rash on Rakitic but to be honest that wasn't even a Yellow card set aside Red. On the second occasion Busquets was clearly offside when the free kick was taken.

The second goal was offside by at least half a meter.
The red card was a joke. The Rayo player got the ball first and it sucks that Rakitic was in the way.
Refs in La Liga are a joke and biased to Barcelona.
Barcelona still should have won, and that is all fine, but refs need to stop gifting them extra decisions. They don't need it.

Penalty decision was also crazy. It's like the ref was asking Enrique what decisions he would like to see.

He got the red card for dangeours play, doesn't matter if he got the ball or not.

Not even dangerous play, Llorente kicked a ball that was at knee height, Rakitic kicked his leg against Llorente's studs. If anything, it was a foul the other way. The penalty was a joke as well with both biscuits and Suarez offside when the ball was played.

There was no biased but even if it was the scoreline would be the same. What's the bitchin about?

Idk if you are deluded or just stupid but that's a red card all day long. It doesn't matter if he got the ball or not. He slid with his foot like 2 feet off the ground, both players challenging for the ball. That's 100% red. Go read the rule book again before you say anything stupid and make a fool out of yourself.

mascherano should have taken that penalty....this was best scenario for him to take that penalty...2 goal up and 2 man up...let mascherano take penalty ffs
