I think this was actually better for Serbia than Russia even though they lost. More of their better players were on in the first half and they bossed the midfield with them, but they had no creativity to get it to the strikers (excusable since Stankovic wasn't there). The keeper was about the 3rd or 4th choice, so I wouldn't be worried. Russia though, should not take this as a sign of good things to come. There are still problems they need to iron out, and Arshavin should probably be stripped of captaincy.
