Congrat! Arsenal paid price for underestimate Spurs. They wanted to protect the slim lead but the zoning defence allowed Kane to roam. Wenger made the wrong decision to go for a win instead of settling for a draw. What a fuk u think that Spurs are no little rats merely winning a HOME game. They did ruin Gunners' hope of comeback for the EPL title race but couldn't beat either Man Utd or Southampton for the 4th place. Arsenal will finish third or even second (the fact that City couldn't even win HOME game against minnows Hull).

Now don't get carried away. Spurs also bought a lot of players. You can earn net amount too if you sell your best player too at their prime. Totteham sold modric and bale at their prime. The last time Arsenal sold their best player in their prime was fabergas. They only sold a declining RVP for 20+m. If you sold him at his prime, you could have gotten so much more. This is not the right way to have net spending.

this is what I mean mate. We were playing a team severely restricted in recent years by losing their best players in their prime and that has not happened to us recently. those last 6 windows have shown that we have largely been able to maintain our base and add to it, significantly, by spending huge sums on players (121m net) paying them massive wages. spurs on the otherhand have lost their best players and had to rebuild a team. Yes they have spent money but when you see in 6 windows their net spend is ZERO pounds it tells you they are buying taking a step forward but then having to sell, taking two steps back.

also they spend HALF what we do on wages. That club should be nowhere near us in the league on this basis and its embarrassing that we have these massive advantages on them yet with wenger in charge all we can hope for is that we sneak above them again by a couple of points come May. This is why wenger MUST go. What happens when spurs open their new stadium in 3 years, when they can then match our income and spend money NET adding to what they have rather than just replacing. If you know football, you will know that the names you suggest are all first strikers. You need second striker like rooney that can score and link up play. The only reason you don't need a second striker is when you are playing a lone striker while the other two play at the wings. However, it is best to leave the wingers to natural wingers instead.
