Falcao destroyed his career when he went to Monaco...

But he made himself way more economically indipendent... it was a choice, and sometimes you have to sacrifice something. Unfortunately football itself is what sometimes is sacrificed.

It's intriguing to note that some people are so toxic that they feel the need to insult a players from without taking into account the ramifications and subsequent loss of certain abilities after a serious leg injury. The simple fact is you are never the same and will often never recapture that form before a serious leg injury.Keep this in mind when you criticise players of the calibre Falcao was but unfortunately will never be again.

I remember when Falcao scored a hattrick for Monaco against Chelsea years ago, and me thinking to myself: "holy shit, NOTHING can stop this guy!" That was more or less the peak of Falcao's career and just shortly afterwards he was a completely different player. Sad.

He needs to go to Atletico or a similar team NOW. Not wait like Torres did, but now. He will flourish once again where he is set up as the main man.

Alright, first of all, Falcao was playing for Atletico Madrid at the time he scored a hat trick vs Chelsea in the 2012 European super cup final. Not for Monaco. Secondly, even if he didn't want to go play in Ligue 1 and wanted to play for a Big club instead, he was forced to go play for Monaco by his agents, putting his morale to zero. One of the best strikers in Europe in Ligue 1? Against the shittiest and dirtiest defenders... And what was bound to happen happened. He got injured so bad that the guy that did the tackle went on to apologize on tv.. He basically ruined Falcao's career! picking up such a bad injury at that age in football is ALWAYS a huge blow in ANY footballer's career. He's trying so hard to come back to his level but we can clearly see that he won't recover sadly.

I haven't seen him, neither Neymar in Brazil squad. I think it something to do with Barcelona, since messi is injured they want to keep their only attackers in fear of another injury.
