how can liverpool still be classed as a big team anymore? big teams win the league, not live on past achievments from over 20 f*****g years ago, sure they have won a few fa and league cups and a very very flukey champions league (it was even more freaky than greece winning the euros the year before)but can they really be called a massive club still? you can’t deny liverpool in the late 70s and 80s were a huge club (just like united were in the 60s) but the fact of the matter is that they have not got anywere near winning the league in 20 years, and that is why they CAN’T be classed as a massive club anymore.and lets face it if the champions league went back to it’s original format of 1 team or the runners up at the most, liverpool would have hardly have been in the european cup at all. here is one for you..since the premiership began how many truly world class players have liverpool had? i can count three, Owen, Gerrard, and torres. and yet they still call themselves a MASSIVE club. as rafa said “i am only speaking from FACTS”
Anyway enough of that let’s praise manchester united and there current superstar (wayne rooney) who is the latest of so many superstars to have graced our WORLD famous club, It is looking possible that we are heading for a record 4th LEAGUE title on the trot and maybe a 3rd european cup final too! not bad for a team that was finnished without ronaldo or the overrated tevez, i also understand the carling cup does not carry hardly any weight but but i am sure liverpools season would be a huge success if they had won it, and city…lol they wouldn’t be able to contain them selves, we would see huge bill boards all over the city about it!

one last thing about united always getting every decision and the refs backing and thats why they win - WHAT A LOAD OF !@#$%.
