The new formation 'thingy' - It keeps muckin up or is just bad design

I have found a couple of problems;

• Substitutes don't show when subbed on/off
• Lots of the time, managers don't show up...
• Lastly, on some matches assists aren't being shown...

I don't mind it being updated, but pls keep the necessary features...

ive also noticed that with the new layout i cant vote for one of the subs to be motm

@nigelpayne True that my man, I wanted to vote Giroud man of the match against Leicester and I was so annoyed by the fact I couldn't. :(

I'd say the colors aren't the best as well, this needs a rework ..

We've changed the formations design and some of its functionality because we are preparing FootyRoom to support mobile and become fully responsive. We already had responsive formations on Live Scores, but our formations on match pages were not. We now have merged these two to become one so that it's easier to develop and less confusing for user.

Let me try to address some issues you mentioned here.

Lots of the time, managers don't show up...

This didn't change with the new design. It only happens with smaller leagues and pre season friendly matches when sometimes we don't have data on managers.

Substitutes don't show when subbed on/off

We've removed mouseover tooltips because they don't work on mobile. We have a solution in place and it will be shipped in around 2-4 weeks.

Lastly, on some matches assists aren't being shown...

Again, this is the same as it was before the redesign. It depends on the data that a 3rd party provides to us.

I'd say the colors aren't the best as well, this needs a rework ..

Well said, and I agree with you, except that in this case it was broke on mobile, so we had no choice but to fix it. Together with user feedback we will continue to improve.

MOTM voting for subs has been fixed.

Forgot to mention that we are still working on a few issues including Own Goals and Missed Penalties icons.
