well, you're not going to buy any of these tier 1 players below 100 million, cheapest would be probably Griezmann with 120m and his salary is so high, that even Barcelona can't afford it.

and since we are run with self-substainable model, meaning owner won't put a single penny into transfers we are not in position to buy them, sadly. you can't imagine how I wish we would buy Koulibaly, Telles and Pepe.. but as an Arsenal fan depending on our EL result, I will be happy even with Manolas, Ziyech and some CM.

PS: trust me, it suck being arsenal fan in transfer windows, tons of rumours ending up getting some 18 year old random kid.

Let me end this debate for you all : Arsenal buys tier 2 players then turn into tier 3 players. So Auba is tier 2 player and so far he is holding on to being tier 2.

If De Ligt goes to Barca thats because he might have compared what De Jong got and therefore wants to milk out every penny he can get from them. Especially when Raiola is his agent he will not just go there without doing everything he can to get as much as possible. And considering it's early in the summer he has for now the time on his side. And in that case Barca will definitely have to unload some players, he's not going to be cheap.
