I think the final will be 
Real Madrid VS Barcelona,
but i also think Bayern Munich has good chance too,
which the final could be Bayern Munich VS Barcelona.

Benfica vs Chelsea          Win: Chelsea    ( but actually i think 50-50)
AC Milan vs Barcelona     Win: Barcelona

Then Semi Final:

Real Madrid vs Bayern      Win: Also 50-50
Chelsea vs Barcelona       Win: Barcelona  ( since i think Benifica vs Chelsea is 50-50, but i would like to see Chelsea win the tie)
