Good to see Real Betis fans applauding Messi's magic in the end. Always got to respect greatness when present!

This guy can't prove anything more than he did tonight, undoubtadly the best player of his time, complete one. Today he's doing the most important thing in his career which is close to the end, he is inspiring his succesors.

rest of the team finding form and sharing the load is a good sign, now back line needs to stay healthy.

Football will applaud this genius of a footballer when he lay down his boots! Stats can't even show how good Messi is on the pitch. When you see Messi you see football in its entirety. No one can do what he does and im glad to live in his era.

Everyone here loves kissing messi's ass, he is the best now, maybe. But Ronaldinho, Zidane and many others are better, so shut up and enjoy the game, dont be hyperbolic. Notes: Argue with me when he won world cup.

a) Indonesian United Fan LMAO
b) Messi is way better than Zidane has ever been and maybe Ronaldinho too. Idk if its fair to call him the best of all time but he certainly is the best of his generation and maybe he is the best of all time.
c) World Cup and Copa America is a team award, If he plays for a national team that can't play, then he obviously can't win it. He carried Argentina to both WC Final and Copa-America final, as well as his hattrick that Allowed Argentina to qualify for this years world cup. He won the best player in the 2014 WC, and still has a chance to win it this year. Don't let your hatred drive you to delusion, buddy., But then again, you're Indonesian, so you're probably a very primitive person who only functions off emotion and will reply with a barrage of insults

I thought RM fans existed in Raul, Zidane era. When did you cameback from dead? nowadays, only Ronaldo fans support RM otherwise RM is fan less.. anyways I appreciate what you written though.

Actually it's just because Maradonna, Cruijff, Pele or Zidane are not playing anymore, so it's a bit difficult to compare players from different time periods.

Saurez somehow assisted Messi in second goal by chatting up with goalkeeper.. lol

Isn't Real Betis like Barcas "bitch" or something? Every time they play, Barca beat them with like 4,5 goals at least lol

I should maybe add that I don't mean anything bad against Betis... It's just feels like they always lose big against the big teams. Barca one of them.

This was actually one of the biggest win on the Villamarin for Barça... They have defeated them at Camp Nou by bigger margins but Barça have struggled at Betis' home the last couple of season... Plus Betis are a good team this season the play quick tempo passing football and a high pressing strategy Barça were resilient in the first half and destructive in the second...

I am excited to see what valverde will do when he will have coutinho, dembele and yerry mina at his disposal. Barca inconspicuously but surely improving in squad depth. I feel like Neymar leaving surely revealed some nasty holes. Glad, barcas management were good enough to recope in style.

Im curious too. Right now, they are humble, they have been knowing they dont have the best squad and their new signing arent available. They defend with care and united as a team. If theh can keep that, would be a beast

Must've sucked for Betis fans that Rakitic, who is a declared Sevillista, was the one to break the deadlock and begin the manita.

I foresee atleast a good 5 years. Maybe an incredilble magista, if not an agile forward.

Is ref really forgot yellows in first half? They were damn rough but he did let them get away with rough tackles and pulls.. anyways 3 points matter to keep distance from Atletico.

I agree with tuan. I know he has been scoring in consecutive games but, today he was more effective in completing some incredible passes as well as being impeccable infront of goal, overall showing why he is a balondor worthy material.
