I only saw the first half but I wasn't too impressed. Hakan Çalhanoglu was poor. It was nice to see AC Milan defend in a 4-4-2. Hope they pick up form in the league.

AEK had a couple of good opportunities too, I don't think Milan deserved anything from that performance.

I want it to work out for Montella but i think he needs to leave for a smaller club and work on improving himself as a manager. Not sure at the moment if he is the right fir for Milan.

For all of you complaining and confused about the tactics this what's going on. Bonucci left Juve because they didn't want to use him as a central defender in a back 3. He had words with sporting directors that led to insults that led to him leaving. We buy Bonucci and he ends up becoming our biggest and most important signing of the transfer window in lieu of also signing 10 new players. We now have to play him where he wants because that's why he came here. So we're stuck with a back three and must build the rest of the team from that. A team that literally just started playing with each other for the first time ever. With a coach that isn't using his ideal system. With midfield that isn't suited to this type of play. And again I must stress ZERO chemistry.

lmao, with 200m they should have go to buy a world class player, what a waste of money, look at inter, they got bullied by milan fans for their transfer policy and yet they're 2nd in table now lol.

Great result for AEK. Though a shame not to take advantage of Milan given their recent poor form. Looking forward to the return leg in Athens!

WTF is wrong with this guy Montella! I mean, it literally looks as if it's not the same man from last year (or the ones before - I remember him good when he was at the head of both Fiorentina & Sampdoria)! Each match, he's putting the players on a different position, gives them different role, and this LITERALLY HAPPENS on each match! How could we expect something good to come out of it!? It's not just bad, but totally unprofessional! If he can't make a team work in any other way, then it's 1000 times better go back at 4-3-3, rotate the players, and get the results he did last year, and previously with La Viola! Everything BUT NOT THESE EXPERIMENTS!
Watch where he put Suso this time, along with Locatelli and Bonaventura?! Everything's upside down! It's as if he's doing it on purpose!

I really feel for you bro. I just wish that at last, Milan would do good again, I mean, we all know they got a decent enough team to achieve better now but there is alway something which end up ruining everything, in this case, I believe it is indeed Montella. Anyway, hang in there mate.

This performance was so poor, it really doesn't deserve any comment! Although, I had a feeling it's gonna be this way, after that disappointing defeat against Inter. Let's just hope things will change this weekend, 'cause if we don't get a sure win, with (at least) 2 or 3 goals difference, things will really go from bad to worse in downward spiral!

After tonight, i'm certain that Vin.Montel. wants Ac Milan to fail. No head coach in his right mind would use these tacticts and that starting lineup. Since he doesn't have the decency to resign, anyone still supporting him is also responsible.

Congratulations to my compatriots. They abused that glorious club's corpse. Vincenzo good night and good luck...

AEK had come with a plan and credit to them, they stuck to it to the death. The also created some dangerous opportunities. Fair result, but yes, the first half especially on Milan's part was non existent. But their keeper made some really top class saves.

Compliments to AEK and especially Giannis Anestis. He was outstanding.

Difficult to pick a Milan player who had an OK game. Maybe Cutrone who was lively and dangerous. The worst player of course....CalhaCULO...aka The Turkish Turd.
