Been a good game. More solid at the back.

Newscastle has made it very difficult to break them down, as they were parking the bus for most of the time, and zonal marking has worked in their favour. The News GK has done a terrific job until a moment of collapse that allowed Lukaku to score. Since then, ManU has dominated and created numerous chances. Should have been 4 or 5-nill coming the end of the game, yet, our finish and team play is a bit down at times.

Again, it looked quite promising for ManU, but the real test will come against Spurs. Cautiously anticipated that game.

Utd finally playin their better team.. Just gotta get rid of mata lukaku felani darmian fred and rojo.. And buy a good defender or a couple of decent defenders

Rashford, martial, sanchez, valencia, herera, young shud start every game

Although after a run of 4 wins against below average oponents, which doesnt qualify as "bein back", the challnge wud be against totenham who for me are overrated but with the current state of affairs at utd that wil be the actual test.

I just have a quick question for you, my friend. Did you watch how Lukaku played in the last two games? Did he look like out of place in the squad?

Judge it for yourself and let me know again. Fred is a new signing and he needs time to adapt, just like Lindelof.

The other players still need to have some tests before the real judgement. Valencia did not have a good game today either. And stating Tottenham as overrated is not true, they have been demolished teams left and right, and they occasionally bottled in key moments, they are one of the most dangerous teams in Europe at the moment, and they are coached by one of the recognized manager in the name of Pochettino.

Meh, no one said anything about being back.

WE ARE JUST HAPPY WITH OUR PLAYING STYLE AND WITH RESULT TO BACK IT UP!!!

Question is we are not allowed to be happy with our team performance?

Now, I know Liverpool is playing well, and they deserved to be at first, and probably likely to win the League this year too. I never show such hatred against Liverpool, or commented such bad things on your page, so please do the same thing. If you have nothing nice to say, then please shut up. Show some class, my friend.

Disgusting "tackle" by Shelvey on Pogba. Can't believe he didn't even get a yellow card for that. That's a red card all day long.

Liverpool have won the league and city will finish 2nd imo. The other 4 teams will be fighting for the two remaining spots of the top 4. Whoever can get 80 points will finish there imo

I love Jonjo Shelvey as an ex-Liverpool player but what the fuck was that tackle on Pogba, I hope it was an accident and not intentional.

I was really pissed when I saw the tackle flying in. Should have been a red there, and the ref must have not seen it.

Afterwards, I think it was a typical reckless challenge by Shelvey.

Indeed, the ref didn't see it otherwise it would have been a red, very reckless challenge from Shelvey.

I love Shelvey as well but even I got to concede he can be a bit too much reckless and even sometime act a bit like a bad boy.

Phil Jones is just awful. He is slow and not anywhere near being good in the air.
Matic...I dont know, he has his moments, he made so many mistakes in the first half, gave the ball away 5 times under the 20th minute.
The again, it looked quite promising, but Spurs will be a huge test.

Matic is indeed slow and out of position lots of times, his dribbles also were quite unnecessary, but he did comtrol the tempo ok

I think it's more to do with the fullbacks. Valencia is not as good as Luke Shaw going forward.

Man United should bring balance between left and right. What I want is Man United can bring a player like Robben that like to cut Inside from the right and score from right side with left foot constantly. Or Dembele.
Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata can play as right winger but it seems they more comfortable on central and left. Martial and Rashford are more comfortable doing cut inside from the left and shoot from the left side. Although they can play as right winger.
I saw pictures above, Shaw has Pogba, Matic and Martial while Valencia, Dalot and Darmian (stay on the right) are far away from Mata and Lingard which move to central and almost to left side and leave RB alone. As a result, RB cannot take risks to move forward alone constantly. Also can't defend alone for 90 minutes.

You know, more freedom for the players, playing with freedom has disadvantages, right?
On the positive side, I think player conflict can lead to healthy competition.
