Man United have been class under Ole. Really enjoyable to watch. But this was a really good game from Leicester. Always giving top 6 teams a tough time.

Honestly speaking, Leicester deserve a point from this match, they played very well and pressed us hard, as always De Gea saved our asses in many situations, obviously happy with the win, but we need to be scoring more. Lukaku useless as always .... just standing there doint nothing, doesn't even attempt to make a run ...

I think Manchester United needs to improve on passing. Passing with clear purpose. Ole Solskjaer should learn from Pep Guardiola about passing.

"I loathe all that passing for the sake of it, all that tiki-taka. It's so much rubbish and has no purpose. You have to pass the ball with a clear intention, with the aim of making it into the opposition's goal. It's not about passing for the sake of it. Be yourselves. You need to dig into your own DNA. I hate tiki-taka. Tiki-taka means passing the ball for the sake of it, with no clear intention. And it's pointless." -Pep Guardiola

Passing for the sake of it can be extremely dull to watch

United players did look tired. My other point is that Ole's emphasizing clean sheets could have a counter productive effect which leads the team to seeking to protect leads. If the focus remains on attacking, the goal becomes more out scoring the opponent than switching to a Mourinho type approach when seeking a clean sheet.

FA really love Man united, and I'm surprised United doesn't get any penalty from Mike Dean..

I agree with you. They should practice passing drills and possession in training. The problem is Ole wants Man United players play with freedom and doesn't give lot of instructions or specific task to players. Ole needs to be firm sometimes.

I dont think utd has enough quality players for a complete tiki taka like pep did with barca and bayern, if you look at our frontline. only martial and rashford has dribbling and finishing quality. no matter how you plan the tiki taka is, lingaard will fk up the finishing and lukaku cant dribble. dont get me wrong, they are great players but we shouldnt settle for just great players. pogba is world class but tired and overused. dont even get me started on sanchez. that 300k/week garbage has no place in utd. we need a quality #7 like good ol days cantona, beckham, ronaldo. i believe even our previous #7 di maria or depay will settle in nicely with the current squad.

No wonder last season there 4 Man City players in top 10 in assists and this season there 3 Man City players in top 10 in assists.
@red_devil_sg You're probably right. I believe they can improve by practicing passing drills and possession.

I was screaming, spitting on my laptop screen for Lukaku to move when Young had the ball for a counter attack,.Lukaku's football intelligence is very questionable. I want him to leave so bad.

Yeah Leic played really well, we got that one goal that was incredible but then kinda was stumped by Leicester's play. Even game i'd say but Leic seemed like they deserved a point but I'm not complaining! Lukaku is just dead weight, guy wouldn't have scored from that Pogba assist like Rashford did. Sanchez is old and hasn't got any legs anymore either, I think he's still class but way too inconsistent to be a starter at utd. I'm seeing confidence around us right now that will give the board some more drive to be ambitious with new signings in the summer.

Very good game either way. Both teams with chances, could have gone either way. But the thing is, regardless of result, Man United are watchable again. For neutrals like myself, this is night and day. I could not watch Mou's team but this Man U is fun to watch. So I don't mind if they get a bit of good fortune so they keep that style of play up.

Another poor quality win. We're just lucky that Leicester City made a mistake, and we had the best young striker in the world in the form of Rashford and one of the best midfielders, Pogba, to exploit that mistake. Lingard has seriously been showing lack of drive in the past few games including this one. Front three should be Martial, Lukaku, and Rashford. Just piss off to the bench Lingard if you are not pulling your weight.

Man utd were so lucky, Leicester didn't take their chances, and most importantly that De Gea's world class save from that Free Kick, like how on earth he saved that. I wonder where would United finish each season without De Gea?

@ SarriBall : Leicester city is a tough team! They beat Chelsea and Man city and draw at Anfield. And they were lucky too, Rashford should have buried that header!!!

@octave. I agree They gave us a really tough time, at anfield of all places. Leicester are a good side. United weren't lucky either, Lukaku was in no mans land and rashford missed a decent chance. But Leicester couldn't take a few chances i agree.

That's iike saying a team is trash if Messi or Ronaldo scores because it's luck? No. It's down to the players you buy. That's not luck.

de gea didnt drop from the sky, we bought his service for 200k a week. its expected of him to save. its part of a job as a keeper. its like me saying without hazard chelsea would be nowhere, which doesnt make sense.

people are too easy to judge, I was actually praising De Gea and those who disliked what I said don't realize how important De Gea to United in their worst time. If you didn't think you were lucky that's another thing.

yup we took your comment as a compliment until you said "I wonder where would united finish each season without de gea?". its like me saying i wonder where chelsea would finish without hazard in recent years or without frank lampard pre-2010. it just doesnt make sense to say that a team is lucky because of a specific player. its a free market, you could have bought de gea with roman's money. and it wasnt luck that ferguson had world class keepers (peter schmeichel, van der sar) throughout his career. he just had foresight, something modern day managers are lacking of.
