My real problem with Modric winning it is that it reminds us of how W Sneijder was completely dissed in 2010 as his overall performances were better than Modric, yet with similar team achievements. To me there is hypocrisy in that. And this is also were some biased Messi fans are exposed. Many still disses Sneijder for 2010 but now cries over Messi. Fans and Ballon d’or are equally one eyed. Ballon d’or shouldn’t be existing.
