No matter what, you have to respect benzema's work ethics. the man is a hard worker and no matter how many times people whistle him or attack him in the media, the man puts his head down and work and work and work..

Whats so big deal with luca starting? Nothing is more shocking than courtois starting.
Real madrid is no longer in the title race. Huesca is at the bottom ofthe table.
Looking at the line up and the subs, youll see other academy players so luca wasnt the only new face
Zidane knows this team needs a shake up. Tried some young players. Which makes more sense. And he won the game with some kids.
Great job i must say.
And believe me, no one has more trust on navas than zidane. His # 1 Choice is navas.

Yeah RM have just come from a dominating era in CL football and football in general. A lot of players are aging and buying players won't always work. Young hungry players can change everything up so this season in La Liga can be a place to experiment and find who fits the bill next season.

Luca had a really great castilla game and courtois hasn't recovered yet. A lot of reserves started. Players like Brahim. Stop making such a drama out of Luca starting

Always respected Zidane as one of the greatest. But the move to let his son play ahead of Navas is just weak. I dont know the entire reason behind this (Navas not enough fit?)... but it doesnt look good. If Navas is completely fit, I really feel sorry for one of the worlds most underrated goalkeepers.

Agree, hope there was some sporting reason otherwise this is not cool. Could have given him the last game like last season.

1 game can't hurt. Also, a load of other players that barely play are in this side, like Brahim, Ceballos and Llorente,

But Navas already get little amount of playtime. If anyone needs extra minutes thats him.

Thats kind of my point too. Navas been unfairly dissed, and as a second goalkeeper you need every minute you can get.

Navas just flew back from his national team. It's normal to give him a rest just like Kroos, Asensio, and Modric who were also not in the team.

I do not know if you know, but Zizu's decision was dictated by two facts. First of all - Navas barely came back from the grouping of his national team, he did 2 training units - not on 100%. Secondly, on Wednesday we have a hard game against Valencia. Until then, Navas will be completely prepared. On the other hand - the coach's son played solidly, showed that he can quickly resume the game, creating a huge threat to the opponent's goal. ok - we lost 2 goals, but it seems to me that even Navas could not defend such shots.

I guess Courtois's mistake didn't help him lol. Judging from @bembot and @tomkin6t's comments, it's a rest and Navas isn't 100%
