I would have thought that Portugal would score at least a goal with all the firepower that they have upfront... :/ Had Portugal to win either half... lost 8k because of this match

Portugal are underdogs. This is why Mbappe won a world cup, he's with France who are not underdogs. If Cristiano played for France he would of won the world cup multiple times. So the argument on how Mbappe has won a world cup is pathetic because France are not underdogs, Portugal are underdogs.

Portugal were never underdogs. Portugal were always a strong team with competitive squad. The proof of that is that we are the current European Champions. We have the likes of Ronaldo, Bernardo Silva, Pepe, Cancelo and Rui Patricio who are very good players. And by the way, we beat you in the nations league tournament, which proves Portugal is better than Italy right now. And i wouldn't count Italy to win any major tournament anytime soon. Italy it's a shadow of its former self.

@MrFatso Portugal always have been and still are underdogs so I don't know what planet or year you're from. When they won the Euros title against France 1-0 it was like when Leicester City won the Premier League title. Portugal having talents doesn't mean they're not underdogs. Same goes to Argentina, they have so many talents along with Messi yet they are considered underdogs by the team performance. A Team isn't about players, it's about the entire team and how strong they are together.

"Portugal always have been and still are underdogs so I don't know what planet or year you're from." Since 2000, Portugal reached Euro 2000 semi-finals, Euro 2004 final, WC 2006 semi-finals, Euro 2012 semi-finals and and victory in Euro 2016. This isn't the type of record an underdog normally has. An underdog can suprise and even win something, but they don't have the power and consistency to reach far in so many tournaments like Portugal did. If you want to see underdogs, see Denmark 1992, Greece 2004, Leicester 2016 and Iceland. These are true underdogs, not Portugal. Just because Portugal isn't as strong as Germany, Brazil, France, Spain, etc, it doesn't make them underdogs.

MrFatso, first of all, Portugal played badly,as you put it, cause Ukraine did not allow them to do whatever they wanted on the pitch. Secondly, Ukraine did not park the bus, Ukraine was always eager to counterattack, which made Portuguese fullbacks stay put. If you wanna see a bus, go watch games of Mourinho's Man. Utd. last year. You can't blame Ukraine for getting on the way. Play better football and win! In my opinion, both teams were good tonight. It was a tactical battle of two coaches.

MrFatso, Ukraine is a strong team that knows how to play football, which you have had a chance to see tonight, do not whine! Ukraine had a good chance to score at 88th minute in a powerful counterattack and Portugal woudn't have a chance to equalize in that case.
If nobody can't score, a draw is a fair result. Welcome to Ukraine and try to get a point here.

"Ukraine is a strong team that knows how to play football, which you have had a chance to see tonight", are we in some kind of comedy website ? Ukraine only had one chance in goal, and that was due to a goalkeeping mistake. The only thing you did was parking the bus the entire game, trying to get a point. Despite Portugal playing bad, they still dominated your team. But don't worry Portugal will bounce back and beat all teams in the group, incluiding yours.

Sorry but Ukraine did park the bus.. I went to Estádio da Luz to see a game of football and all I could see was 11 players that spent all game behind the midfield line. Football is football and there will be always this kind of sad and frustating games, but don't come here and talk like Ukraine did something to win this game because that my friend is completly wrong. You came here to try not giving us the 3 points and you succeed but only because of Portugal's lack of imagination and creativity. GG we will meet later

"Good game" only for you. Because Portugal was totally dreadful in this game. We should've won this comfortably, since we are the European Champions and we were playing at home. Game to forget.
