Liverpool are too wasteful. Considering they lost all their away games in UCL this season it is not looking very good for them in the 2nd leg

Liverpool was missing the final ingredient in every attack. They gave this game away

Our leakiest defense in eight seasons, and we manage to keep a clean sheet at Anfield? I'll take it. Liverpool missed a HUGE opportunity to put this tie away.

salah and mane are rubbish technique-wise next to firmino, they can't pass or shoot for crap (dumb mane keeps trying bicycle kicks thinking champs league is training ground). and these liverppol fans think van dijk gonna score a hat trick for them next game -- nothings gonna change in attack and you're gonna be out this year with allison giving the ball away 50 times in goal (ederson's equal my butt) .

0-0 draw is good on one side but on the other side Liverpool can now get advtage of away goal if they score in Allianz arena. Bayern were more than just careful in this leg

Considering we didn't have Van Dijk and we managed to keep a clean sheet,i'm really pleased with the performance. When Van Dijk comes back and Fabinho goes back to midfield i think we will beat Bayern in Germany regardless of our way form in the champions league this season.

Bayern have Allianz arena 2nd leg but they dont have away goal, bayern play for a draw because they thought our away form is bad (like in group stage), they gonna regret they choose to play 0-0 when Van dijk is suspended, draw 1-1 or 2-2 next leg will knock them out, but hey its football anything can happen, also Klopp himself was german and had good away record vs german teams, lets hope the best team win.

the only positive from this game is that our 4th choice cb and a cdm kept a clean sheet against bayern. cant wait for the second leg, bring on united!!

And Kimmich's suspension in the 2nd leg, I'm so happy that I don't have to look at that mustache again.

I missed the first half, so I don't know how the balance was, but in the second I watched Liverpool pin Bayern Munich back inside their own half for 45 mins. Bayern defended excellently, but I don't recall them creating a single threat in the second half.

Should be a cracker at the Allianz.

Still dont understand why arsenal let gnabry go. What he did to robertson was nasty. RIP andy robertson 1994-2019.

Not as nasty as what Di Maria and Mbappé did to the entire united team. They finished Manchester United as a club. R.I.P. Manchester United 1878-2019

It felt like both teams were scared of each other and played conservatively. It will be difficult at the Allianz but a 0-0 draw is better than conceding at home. Bayern were solid and played smartly considering how poor they have been this season. Can't wait for the second leg.

Bayern played extermely well, esp Javi Martinez. He was brilliant imo. Its gonna be a tough but interesting and fun to watch 2nd leg.

Definitely, they knew they couldn't give us a room to breathe and have done it superbly.

This is why I hate watching Leg 1. No extra time and no penalties. Hurry up Leg 2. I have a feeling Bayern will eliminate Liverpool tbh. Watch it be 4-0 for Bayern in 2nd leg. Liverpool should of took advantage of this match.

Not a bad performance from liverpool, I thought henderson and keita were amazing today. But i think MOTM is Javi Martinez. He swept up everything in that bayern midfield, incredible. But our finishing, needs to improve. Brilliant save from Neuer to make this game's decider to be at the Allianz!! Anyways YNWA, onto to a juicy game this saturday against a strong Manchester United.

You are absolutely correct. We will see. Hopefully with Van Dijk back, we can keep a tight game at the Allianz, and not spill alot of goals.
