No disrespect towards Napoli or the Serie A, but honestly, that was way easier than expected. Granted, they missed a heap of chances but so did we. No wonder Juve wins the league year after year if that's the second best the Serie A has to offer...

Who still plays 4-4-2? Ancelotti either too lazy to learn new tactics or just doesn't care anymore. Just handed Arsenal the spot, I think Arsenal will win it all.

What handed Arsenal the win was Napoli missing two sitters in the first leg and never looking like scoring when given the opportunity in the second leg. Still. The gap between teams in England and Spain and team in Serie A bar Juventus is getting bigger and bigger. Arsenal who are struggling to even make the top 4 in England spanked Napoli and last season ruined Milan - they did so whilst playing in second gear.

Very true, England is where most of the present day good managers and players are. Italy has become secomd tier behind those countries, Its sad really, Milan used to rule Europe and so did Merda and Rubentus but now we can't even break through. Got the 4th qualifying spot for champions but if things stand like they are, Serie A is going to lose that spot fairly quick.

I don't know much about goalkeeping but I feel like Meret could have done better on the FK

San Paolo is such a goddamned dump.... Napoli need a new stadium with about 45k seats, like, now. No wonder de Aureliis hates the city and is always complaining about the situation.

I'm still questioning how seriously Napoli actually take the Europa League though. They already guarantee themselves CL qualification through league play pretty easily as the 2nd best team in Italy, and I've seen several seasons now where they've ended up 3rd in the CL groups and then kind of look like they stop trying in the EL. And again this season they were only barely denied advancement due to being put in the group of death with PSG and Liverpool, and were more than a match for either of them there, but once the Europa League comes along then I've rarely been impressed by them. Not just in this game but in general

Dude, Sokratis, STOP touching opposing players. You were holding Koulibaly’s neck with both hands in the first half and then walking like he was your girlfriend with your arm around his back and holding his side in the second half.

Those saying napoli should've won 4-1 with their chances forgotten that arsenal should've won 5-0 in England??? Not to mention aubameyang missing a sitter in this game

Unlike me, everyone thought Napoli were favourites and we made them look like a below average team, despite still being very wasteful against them. We basically have both hands on the trophy. Back in the champions league

47th-48th min, Aubameyang missed the easiest chance, 1 on 1 with all the time and space in the world. If we had transfer money, i wouldve wanted us to replace him in the summer.

47th-48th min, Aubameyang missed the easiest chance, he had all the time in the world. He needs to be sold in the summer, completely unacceptable

He has 18 league goals, yes he's missed some good chances but they only came about because of his movement. No good reason to replace him when our defence is a shambles

He does have the most 'Big chances missed' in the league but he did make many of those chances by his good play. It's a tough one.
