Hey mate! well it's crazy past weeks for me :D. well I really don't know about this one as the angles shown on tv were same like you posted. but from this I'd say, that were are lucky to not concede this as a penalty but I don't think it was. (i'd maybe change my mind from different angle) look at Sterling, he basically stops before Mustafi and then jumps on the ground. if someone takes your leg down from behind, you don't jump like that forward :D
And I think i agree with you about Sterling, the angle is bad but when you look a it more, Sterling seem to be diving more than anything else. Mustafi did seem a bit akward in that challenge so there's that but all in all, I'm more satisfied with the ref decision than if he would have called a pen. XD
I'm hyped for the final anyway, London derby for the win am i right? :D
That would be sweet, especially considering the lose against Chelsea in last year Europa League final, though I would argue that simply reaching the final is already an amazing feat. :)

I have suicidal thought these days like hours every day. Its been like that for nearly a year now. You should take an anxiety/depression test online. If you test positive then maybe talk to a GP. You can at least call a suicide hotline.

you have basically 1 free transfer every week, if you don't use it, next week you have 2 free transfers, if you use more than these free transfers they will take -4 points from your score. there's also a "wildcard" which you can activate once a season, in that round you can make infinite amount of transfer without deducting any points.
